I had wonderful experience after going to a few other stores. Whittington Bridal carried the dress I had been eyeing online for a while! I got 15% off for buying at my first appointment, but I wish that I had been informed of opportunity to get the same deal at the trunk show or first anniversary sale. The good news is that I'm very happy with my choice and Leah was super helpful and supportive!

Great Experience! My family came from the Quad Cities on the IL and IA border and were down to help with this exciting process. Since, we have gone to various salons in my hometown looking for bridesmaid dresses and have not had an experience that compares with the Whittington Bridal. My mother and sister agree. Very accomodating and overall a lovely and memorable experience!

The service here is amazing! I walked in and was greeted very nicely! My fiance and I were offered a mimosa while I tried on dresses. The girls were really nice and made the experience extremely pleasant! And I fell in love with the 2nd dress I tried on which was a plus! All of their dresses are beautiful. They have an excellent selection here at Whittington Bridal. I would highly recommend them.

I recently heard of Whittington Bridal in a newspaper ad and called to make an appointment. They were able to get me in the same day. To me and my mother we were just going to look at what they had to offer to our suprise we got alot more. They treated us like we were thier most sought after clients allowing us to pick and choose and giving very helpful feedback. I had been to one other bridal store before this one and wasent impressed always feeling rushed and never really liking what they had. This was a whole new expierence, not only did i like every gown i tried on i found my dream dress! It was almost like it were made for me. We celebrated with champagne and laughs. Thank you for the best experience i could have ever asked for.

Leah was so attentive and helpful with helping me find the most beautiful dress. I had so many pictures of different dresses. I found the perfect dress for me and my mom loved it as well. Great experience. I had such a good experience, when at a fabric store the next day, a mother and daughter were looking at fabric and trying to decide what to make, I referred them to Whittington. Called Whittington on my phone and handed it to the mom. They were able to make an appointment on that day. I hope they found the perfect dress as well!

I would highly recommend this vendor. I found a dress at another shop that was pretty far away from home. Whittington Bridal agreed to order the dress for me and honor the price that was at the other shop. The dress came in very quickly and the ladies there helped me find a great seamstress for alterations. They were very professional and helpful!

Best Bridal boutique in Houston! I am so happy I was recommended to this beautiful boutique in Kingwood, TX. I had my wedding in New Jersey and as a wedding planner I was very familiar with great places in NJ but not in Houston. However since I now live in Houston and so does my mother & sister I decided to purchase my gown here. I went to several places and did not like the service or selection they had. I had a vision and needed someone to capture it. When I arrived at my appointment at Whittington from the moment I walked in I knew this place was different. I had the pleasure to work with Leah as my bridal consultant. The boutique itself was beautiful but what I loved the most was the individual attention they provided me & my family. They truly provide an upscale, personalized shopping experience without the high end prices. I was able to find my dream gown at my first visit. I loved it and for some reason everyone in the room knew it was the one. Once I said yes to the dress she provided us some champagne to toast! They also helped me with several of my wedding accessories. However my shoes which I purchased from them were beautiful. They were able to dye them exactly the color I wanted! On my wedding day I had so many people come up to me and tell me that I looked amazing and that my dress was stunning! I was so happy to receive all the great compliments on my gown. I highly recommend Whittington Bridal to any bride that is looking for a true amazing experience and a one of kind wedding gown. Love you ladies and thank you again!

The service and quality I received here was amazing! I went here to shop first and was impressed with how beautiful the store was, the quality of the dresses, and the reasonable prices! The same day I went to another store and the dresses there that were the same price as the one I liked here were barely half the quality. There is a good selection here for wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses, and I ended up getting both here. I even got some of my accessories here too. Kari is incredibly nice and made me feel special and comfortable while trying on dresses. I work in the same shopping center and it was so convenient to just walk in whenever I needed something. The earrings I purchased there lost some stones before I even wore them, and they repaired it quickly at no cost. I highly recommend this store!

My experience at Whittington was infinitely better than any other store I shopped. The store is beautiful and you get a lot of individualized attention. My salesperson was only working with me and not running back and forth from me to other clients. I definitely didn't feel pushed into buying anything like I did at other places. The value of the dress was amazing. It cost me less than some dresses I had seen at other places that were of a much lesser quality. I ended up buying the alternate skirt version of the very first dress I tried on. Whittington made my wedding dress shopping experience enjoyable and a great wedding planning memory!

We purchased a dress,veil and bejeweled satin ribbon belt for the dress. Jenna was extremely attentive, helpful, made great suggestions and helped us stay within our budget.

Would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase to go to Whittington Bridal in Kingwood, Texas. Very easy to find, the shop is bright, clean and reminds you of 'Father Of The Bride' movie.

After we made the purchases, they offered us a champagne toast in fluted glasses.

Jenna and Kari at Whittington Bridal are amazing! Whittington was the first shop that I visited in search of my gown. From the moment I walked in with my mom and sister I knew we were going to have a wonderful experience. I had the entire shop to myself and had full attention from Jenna and Kari. My family and I felt so special and important. The girls are so friendly and they really made us feel welcome and comfortable. I ended up narrowing it down to two very different dresses. When I mentioned to Jenna that I wanted to go to one more shop in The Woodlands to look at dresses, she was very understanding and did not try to push me into buying something from her. I did go to the other shop and I had a horrible experience. I went running back to Whittington Bridal and purchased the dress of my dreams! The whole process so far has been wonderful. They are very responsive to emails and are always happy to answer any questions that I might have. In addition, their prices are very competitive for such a high quality product. If you want the ultimate bridal salon experience, Whittington Bridal is an absolute must!

It was the best experience I had while I was looking for my dress. They were all so helpful and patient and the service was excellent. Every one was very attentive, the experience was truly personal.

My daughter, Audra and I met Kari and Jena at the Wedding Extravaganza in Houston. They were delightful and very professional. When we went to Whittington Bridal for a first look, the warmth and caring were simply amazing. We were treated as if we were the only clients there. They listened, asked great questions to help Audra narrow her search, and shared their ideas in a graceful manner. Several weeks later, we returned to look once again and make sure this what Audra wanted. Again, they were fabuous. Champagne and hugs greeted the final choice as Audra looked gorgeous and we were so pleased for her. Kari and Jena helped us take care of every detail from gown to earrings and everything in between. They made our time there all about Audra. We had looked at 5 other bridal salons large and small and this experience was beyond compare. We highly recommend Whittington Bridal to all brides because you will find beautiful things and you will cherish your experience with Kari and Jena as on eo fhte great memories of your wedding planning.
