We got our cake from Wild Flour Bakery because it was part of our wedding package at Windows on the River. We initally went there for our tasting and to speak to a baker to see if what to expect. Since it was included we didn't expect the quality and great taste! Awesome cake tasting! They send you home to try combinations of cake and frostings in the comfort of your home with lots of cakes and icing- so no pressure! Cake looked beautiful-everything we asked for and tasted great! Big hit!!!

You can definitely count on Wild Flour bakery to create the perfect cake for your wedding! From our first consult/cake tasting to our big day, they made the whole process of choosing flavors to creating a design enjoyable, easy and fun. I gave them a few ideas of what I wanted our cake to look like, and they worked with my florist to create a design that went beyond my expectations. It made a gorgeous centerpiece and a most delicious dessert! Highly recommended!

We had a very small wedding and needed a small cake, so we didn't go through the whole consultation process. I ordered the cake over the phone and just described what I was looking for. It turned out very pretty--simple and elegant, and tasted delicious. The only complaint is that I had asked for them to make a fondant bow for the cake like I had seen in one of the photos on the website. They said the fondant wasn't holding up well in the weather (although summer was over) so instead they told me they'd make a bow out of ribbons for the cake topper. Unfortunately, it was just a clump of ribbon that didn't match the cake very well or sit well on it. It ended up looking really ugly, and I wish I had just let the cake stand alone. So stick to your own cake topper and you'll be fine. Great cake, great price.

I left an email message for Wild Flour Bakery through the weddingwire site. Mona called me the very next day and was so helpful. We set up a consultation and she sent us home with an extraordinary array of cakes and fillings. She was professional and organized. We got a three tier wedding cake with a variety of flavors and fillings for $300. When I walked into the reception hall the day of the wedding and saw the cake I was overwhelmed with joy. It was GORGEOUS and most importantly it was DELICOUS. Thank you so much WildFlourBakery. You all are awesome!

Our cake was so delicious! I seriously wish I could have had an extra piece to take home! One of the best parts about Wild Flour Bakery is that when you schedule your cake tasting, you are given an entire cake to take home to taste at your leisure. Each slice is a different flavor, and they also include various frostings and fillings. It's nice because you can relax, have a cup of coffee, and really take your time. I would reccommend Wild Flour to anyone!

The cake was awesome for our tasting and there was no difference the day of the wedding. I can't wait until our first year annnivesary to dig in to our cake again. Thank you Mona for a beautiful cake and anyone else who helped.

Simply Delicious. A delight to work with. Everyone there is so nice and so responsive. Best part of the planning process. All I did was tell them what flavors we wanted, told them our wedding colors, gave them a copy of the invitation, and asked them to work their magic and the cake looked beautiful! People are still talking about how tasty the cake was one month later.

Another vendor that was recommended to me and paid off in a big way! Wild Flour makes AMAZING delicious cakes. We got a 2 tier cake and 2 sheet cakes (to save a bit of $$). Our wedding cake was layers of almond and strawberry cakes with chocolate ganache and raspberry preserves as our 3 fillings. And the whole thing was covered in their white frosting. Very tasty. A ton of compliments on both the design of the cake and taste.An easy vendor to work with, and lots of choices for both flavors and decorations. They give you a *huge* tasting box with 8 different types of cake and another half dozen fillings to mix and match. We had a cake tasting party to choose our flavors and most of them were liked by everyone. It was hard to narrow it down!

If you go to Windows on the River, Wild Flour Bakery provides your cake for you based on the number of guests at your wedding. They have such delicious cakes, and when you go in to try them you get a whole cake with each flavor to pick out and make your own creations ( in the privacy of your own home, so you can discuss with your other!) They did exactly what I wanted and had so many beautiful options to choose from!

It was a pleasure working with Mona. I went for my consolation and was greeted with books and books of designs to gets ideas and freshly baked cookies! Mona worked with me to make a custom design within my budget and I couldn't believe how prefect the cake was on the wedding day! We had many flavors to choose from, and she said that we could basically pick whatever we wanted and she could make it for us. Overall it was a great experience.

it was such a breese meeting with Mona! She was very helpful, enthusiastic and willing to do whatever we wanted. Then tasting was great because they sent you home with a box of cake and all the fillings and we got to take our time deciding the layers. The choices were unbelieveable and all our guests RAVED about how awesome the cake tasted. The best bakery!!

Meeting with Mona at Wild Flour was one of our most favorite and fun steps in the planning process. You get a warm hearted welcoming feel in the bakery and most importantly they bake delicious cakes. Mona sketched what we described for our cake and it was exactly what we pictured, the cake she drew looked just like the cake we received! It was so perfect looking some people thought it was fake! That was also thanks to Arne at Blooms by Plantscaping who provide the orchids on the cake and even painted the leaves gold! Wild flour has tons of choices for the flavors and fillings and our guests absolutely loved it wanting to know what flavors and where it was from.

Our cake turned out to be absolutely gorgeous! Mona was very helpful in meeting with us to plan out how we wanted to design our cake and the flavor options. They allowed us to make any combination that we wanted. We chose to go with Vanilla cake with chocolate ganache, bavarian cream and raspberry filling (one of their classics), then we also did a sheet of banana cake with chocolate ganache, and a sheet of chocolate cake with buttercream filling. The cake was so fresh and the taste was even better. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our cake was very reasonably priced...and worth every penny. I would definitely recommend Wild Flour Bakery to any bride!

The cake was amazing! It was a bit pricey, but since we got a deal with our venue, it worked out fine. Plus, they were willing to work within our budget, which made things go well. They were extremely flexible because our cake design changed about 5 times before the final product - the last change 1 week before the wedding! Plus, they were willing to work with my now husband instead of me - which took some of the pressure off of me! Loved the cake - and it tasted great! (I know some people who ate FIVE pieces of it at the wedding...) :)

Even though this cake came as part of our package at Windows-I would have choose it no matter what. Once we had our tasting I was sold. Both Mona and Sue are great to work with. Its really great because they send you home from your meeting with a huge box of 8 (I think) types of cake and filling. I thought it was so nice that we could take everything home to try, that way we weren't feeling pressured and could really take our time enjoying all the cakes. The wedding cake was exactly what I wanted. The design was just like we talked about and tasted amazing. We had 4 different flavors and they were all great. We also got the Groom's cake from here and it was also perfect.

They were wonderful! Cake was so good! They actually sent us home with a full size cake with a slice of every flavor and a tub of all the toppings and fillings! Their lemon cake is amazing! It literally took me 3 minutes to pick my cake and it was so delicious! Our cake was beautiful and exactly what I pictured. Very weill done!

Great experience with Wild Flour. Cake was beautiful and exactly what we wanted for the design, and it was delicious. I agree with the other reviews - I really appreciated talking about the design in the bakery and taking the cake samples home to taste. I spoke with both Mona and Sue at least once before the wedding, and both were very nice to work and speak with.

The cake was delicious and looked exactly as we planned.

Delicious! My mom took care of placing the order for the cake, but my fiance and I participating in the tasting and design. The cake was so good that we ended up taking some more home after the tasting! I thought it was slightly high per slice compared to other bakers, but you can't beat their filling flavors, moistness of the cake or that buttercream icing! Definately worth the extra cents per slice.

Our cake was amazing! We had 3 kinda- lemon with lemon creme and raspberry filling, chocolate amaretto with coconut pecan filling and almond with mocha filling. It tasted awesome (even the frozen piece we ate when we got home because we only had 1 bite each at the reception)! they made my dream cake come true! Will use them again for sure!

PS Their frosting job was so good we didn't bothr with fondant and you couldnt even tell -it was that smooth!

Wild Flour Bakery has delicious wedding cakes. Our tasting session was wonderful because we got to take home all of the cake, filling, and icing choices to enjoy in the comfort of our own homes. On our wedding day, the cake was exactly as we expected - gorgeous and amazingly tasty! I highly recommend Wild Flour Bakery!

Our guests LOVED our cake in both design and taste. Wild Flour was so easy to work with. We were able to select a different flavor combination for each of our 4 tiers. Our guests had fun trying different types and sharing at their tables. We even heard comments that it was the "best wedding cake" they've had!

If you want an excellent tasting, affordable, and stylish cake, look no further!! Wild Flour in Rocky River is AMAZING. I went in with my invitations and colors and sat down with Mona with sort of an idea, and we hashed it out and within 30 minutes, we had a gorgeous design inked out at an incredibly affordable price. She then sent me home with a ton of samples of cake and frostings. In the end we settled for plain white cake and white frosting with one layer of rasberry filling. It was so simple, but so amazing. It fed 125 people at $350 - a great price given that other places I looked into charged double that! The cake turned out exactly like our design (see my pictures).

We got our wedding cake from Wild Flour and it was AMAZING!! It was sooo delicious and everyone commented on how great it was. They were very responsive and helped us with all of our needs. The price was VERY reasonable as well.

The ladies at Wild Flour Bakery were so kind. They take the time to talk with you about your cake, show you samples and even have Styrofoam constructions of cakes so you can see how the layers look, and how large the cake actually is. I thought that was pretty cool! The best part is they give you a large box of about 7 cake samples and 6 frosting/filling samples to take home and try out in the privacy of your own home... this was really nice so you didn't feel like they were just waiting for your reply... a very relaxing way to test cake. Their cake was absolutely delicious! We ordered a cake for 100, with chocolate and white cake layers filled with chocolate ganach and the outside of the cake was frosted with their white icing. SO good! Not only is it delicious, the pricing is so reasonable! I would highly recommend their cake services to anyone!

My daughter wanted a cake that was delicious and beautiful...and not fondant. They fulfilled her wishes. They prepared a diagram and the actual product mirrored it. Our guests raved about the cake. The bride selected two flavors of cake and alternated layers. It was a big hit.

Wild Flour Bakery was one of my favorite vendors to work with in the planning process. After meeting with a number of other potential bakeries and cake decorators, Mona and the Wild Flour crew really made the process enjoyable and effective. Their prices fit really well into my "average-sized" wedding and best of all, the way they format the pricing for flavors and designs (One price for "simple and elegant" and another for extravagant and ornate), I did not feel penalized for wanting tasty flavors and a design fit my wedding style. I feel like Mona really took her time to understand the vision of our wedding, and then helped brainstorm a cake that was beautiful, creative and unique all in one, not to mention tasty! They made everything simple, including take-home diagrams of how the layers and filling would be stacked. They provided little samples of each cake and flavor in a take-home box, something that we loved because my then-fiancee couldn't make it to the consultation. Plus, it let us be honest with how felt about the cake instead of trying to appease the person watching us eat it (although we loved most of them, the real challenge was picking our favorite.) The service was great with reminder and refresher calls, and they even helped me add a few cupcakes to my order at the last minute to appease allergy concerns I had for some guests. I simply loved everything about working with Wild Flour and would recommend it them to any bride (or anyone looking for cakes) in the Cleveland area.

Easiest Vendor you will work with! Loved coming home with the big box of samples to choose from! Yummy! My cake was simple, yet elegant! They knew exactly what to do to make it fit my style! Many guests commented on much they loved the cake! Have you ever had the yucky wedding cake?! I have! Not this one! Several layers, different flavors, moisty & yummy! We served our cake for dessert, so I'm so glad it was a hit! It wasn't one of my huge priorities when planning, but it sure did make an impression at our wedding! Again, would use them for other occasions as well after this experience!

Wild Flour Bakery was extremely easy to work with. Visiting their bakery was my favorite part of the planning process. They're cake designers are creative and energetic. They are sincere in their enthusiasm for what they do, and that enthusiasm made me (the bride) trust that they would deliver the best cake possible. Ours was beautifully designed and the taste was out of this world. We like variety, so every layer was different! It was a wonderful experience working with them.

Everything about my cake was perfect. I have had Wild Flour several times before (other weddings and birthdays because this is where my friends go for special occasions!) We had a meeting to discuss what the cake should look like, they are very flexible with this. They then send you home with enough samples to feed a small army so that you may pick your flavors without having them staring at you! I was told by more than one person that this was the best cake they had ever had.I can only guess the cost because it was included with my package at Windows on the River.

Our cake was fabulous. The design was just what we wanted and the cake was divine. I keep thinking about eating our frozen first-anniversary top tier NOW... We chose white cake with vanilla whip frosting and Bavarian creme filling. Also, Sue is so nice. We had fun meeting with her. We picked our cake out in about 15 minutes and then just sat and chat with her for over 45 more minutes just because! I plan to go back for personal cakes, birthdays, etc.

Price was great. Our cake looked like a picture in a magazine. It tasted so good too.

Our cake was very simple: 3 tiers, butter cream icing and ribbon around the base. The cake was delicious, but I would have liked a bit more filling between the layers. The cake was on time and they were very easy to work with.

Sue was great with helping me design the cake! I had a specific vision in mind, but couldn't express it. As a designer by trade, that's hard for me to admit! Sue helped me create the exact vision of what I wanted! The cake turned out beautifully and couldn't have been more perfect! The cake tasted awesome too!!!! It wasn't too expensive and they worked smoothly with our venue.

The staff met with us to custom-create a cake that fit our design preferences. When we were unsure, they offered creative and interesting suggestions. They were extremely friendly, reasonably priced and the cake turned out beautifully and tasted wonderful.

My husband and I used Wild Flour Bakery for our wedding on 10/27/2007 and the cake could not have been more beautiful! We worked with the bakery on the design of the cake several months before the wedding and they captured every detail perfectly! Not only was this cake awesome to look at it was also awesome to eat! 2 months later and people are still telling us how yummy the cake was:-)

I absolutely loved our wedding cake from Wild Flour Bakery! We received many compliments regarding the unique and delicious cake! They allow you to customize the cake with many choices! We got to take home cake samples to try. Each layer can contain different fillings and cake flavors. They were very helpful and polite! We felt welcome from the first time we entered the shop!

We used Wild Flour because of many recommendations. The cake was beautiful and tasted amazing. The design was tasteful, simple and matched our decor perfectly. I love the tasting process. Wild Flour lets you take a box home of cake and flavors to share with family and friends. The only downside was that the cake designs are pretty standard.

Our cake was gorgeous. They did a very good job with fondant. The cake part tasted delicious. I think frosting tastes better then fondant, but fondant looks better.
Also my mom ordered cupcakes from here for my shower and they were really cute.

Our wedding cake was a great focal point at our reception. I loved the look of our cake and the flavors were so delicious! We opted for a different cake flavor/filling option for each tier so our guests got to enjoy some really tasty combinations. Yum!
