Wild Pear Catering

My husband and I were getting married at Vista Hills Vineyard in Dayton. Being from Portland we originally only looked at Portland caterers. After getting frustrated by over priced caterers that did not listen to what we wanted, we stumbled upon Wild Pear. What a find! Hawley was amazing!! I told her our vision for food stations instead of the typical sit down or buffet dinner for our wedding. Finally someone got what we wanted to do to. Hawley worked with us to create three different unique food stations that had special meaning to us. The food and presentation were absolutely amazing. All of our guests raved about it. In addition to the food, the service was top notch from the planning to the execution. Hawley and her crew are the best...if we are ever in need of catering we will certainly use them again. Thank you Hawley for making our wedding so special!!

Jeff J. through the Wild Pear and Wild Pear Catering did such an amazing job!! We couldn't be more pleased. Jeff makes the best food I have ever had. My husband and I sat down with Jeff and created a menu that was unique to us which included chicken nuggets, and Jeff put together the best chicken nuggets I have ever had. And Hawley who is the catering manager was amazing as well! She was so helpful and made sure there was plates set aside for me and my husband on our big day since we were so busy. We got so many compliments on the food and we only served hors d'ouvres. I finally got a bite to eat towards the end of the night and even the cold grilled cheese tasted amazing!! If you are wanting food served at your wedding that people will actually enjoy eating and continue to talk about even after the wedding, Wild Pear is the place!

Loved being able to work with Jessica and Hawley and appreciated very much their willingness to meet with me several times just for reassurance!We had a beautiful Rehearsal dinner at the restaurant.The ease at which everything came together was amazing to me:) We had tables together
and clothes and napkins on in just a matter of minutes. My sister-in-law and I brought bouquets for all of the tables, votives too, and had plenty of time to make sure all was well before the guests arrived. We hung a darling picture of the couple on the front door where the "open " sign usually stood and that added to the fun! I loved the hand-passed hor'd'houerves as it made everyone feel special! Wild Pear did a great job catering our wedding!! They were responsive, professional and had great service!! The food was amazing (lots of compliments from our guests!) and the presentation was incredible! They were a little more expensive than other caterers we looked at but their menu was unique, I liked their dinnerware and the presentation impressed me. In the end, we were very pleased and they provided the look and meal that we had wanted.

Wild Pear was a please to work with. They really did an awesome job and all of our guest raved about the food and service.

wild pear was fantastic for drinks, witch is what we got them for they never had a line and the drinks were great. i now hire them for parts we have and recommend them to friends!

I had drinks only from the Wild Pear. They provided an Italian Soda Bar as well as hot apple cider and water (my husband and I do not drink). They had a person there serving the entire time, and they were very efficient at keeping the line down to a minimum. The drinks were excellent, and I got lots of compliments on them.

Wild Pear Catering is at the top of the heap in the Mid-Valley. The staff is terrific and really has a vision for what clients are looking for to make their event perfect. They are professional and creative in their menu and work. I love when I drive up for a delivery and see the Wild Pear van outside. I know they will treat my cake centerpieces kindly, too!

You can't go wrong with the customer service and the mouth watering food. Always enjoy seeing Wild Pear at BeckenRidge Vineyard.

Excellent food, caring staff, affordable and flexible menus. Wild Pear is a highly recommended in all of Salem and for a reason!
