Elena was my lifesaver! She is simply amazing!! Extremely organized and knowledgeable about everything "wedding". I couldn't have gotten luckier finding her. Elena set my mind at ease and took away all my stress, I didn't have to do anything! Thanks Elena!!!

This was one of our favorite vendors. Food was great, the location was gorgeous and Elena was sooooo helpful and responsive. They were willing to work with us to get exactly what we wanted in our package and with our wedding. We ended up having a much smaller wedding then originally expected and they set up the room perfectly so it didn't feel empty or too large for the size of our party.

Wildhorse is a life saver. Me and my wife got married here in May of 2k12 and everything went so smooth. We pretty much just had to consult with them 1 or 2 times and the rest was done for us. They gave us exactly what we asked for and more. They made the whole "wedding planning" process painless and we were able to avoid the whole craziness and over pricing of the strip. I felt like we got a classy $20,000 wedding for a fraction of the price, and all my friends and family were impressed and felt comfortable. We would definitely be telling everyone we know about them.

The best place to have an outside wedding! The staff is great to work with, reasonable, and inexpensive. They accommodate to your needs and the food was exceptional. Beautiful!

My husband and I got married last spring at Wild Horse Golf Course and it was more than we could have asked for! The grounds are beautiful, the staff was great! Elena was perfect! She understood that the day is stressful and did her best to make it smooth. There are so many options for linens and food that no wedding will ever be the same. Our dinner was phenominal. Maybe in ten years we will renew our vows there :)

I could not have asked for anything better than wildhorse! Elana comes with the package as a wedding planner and she is amazing! !! She helped with any problem and had a solution in minutes. She helped with a laugh in an email if I needed it. The provide food, beverage, djs, minister, photography, coupon for freeds bakery, and a hand to hold. I will be using wildhorse for future parties, birthdays, and someday a baby shower.

The setting was romantic, the food delicious and the reception area on the second floor is perfectly designed. Elana was absoultly amazing! She made our wedding a day to remember. If we needed anything she was there no matter how big or small the problem was. I would recommend this place to have your wedding. The reception hall was decorated in exactly what I wanted thanks to her. I didnt have to worry about anything because she took care of everything for me. Thanks Elana for all your help you are truly one of a kind. Elana was at the top of her game from begining to end, she took care of all little details that my husband and I didn't think of. She was attentive to all my request and our time line, there was no pressure and easy going, really I had nothing to worry about she was there to follow up with all our needs. She had the crowd all round up and dancing all night long. Everyone loved his charisma.

We had our reception at Wildhorse Country Club. The service and professionalism of the staff was excellent. My husband and I had a wonderful wedding day and I would highly recommend them to keep your big day stress-free and beautiful.

I highly recommend Elena Hargraves and the Wildhorse Golf Course facility. Elena was wonderful and always smiling and great to work with. She is very professional, responsive to my questions about the wedding facility, and offered several suggestions to keep the wedding experience moving. My reception was great too, along with delicious buffet option. If you don't want to get married at a casino, you should get marry at Wildhorse.

This venue was perfect for my reception. I had a 100 person dinner/dance party and the service was fantastic. The room has several windows overlooking the golf course and the mountains in the background. Elena is the wedding coordinator there and she handled everything beautifully. The food was great, the colors were perfect and all my guests continue to rave about the party. It was well suited for our friends as well as grandparents. There is an elevator to the second floor (where the reception room is) which was quite handy for some of our guests. Elena also worked really well with my florist, photographer, DJ, wedding cake, etc. and was in contact with them well before the wedding day so that I did not have to worry about anything.

WILDHORSE MADE MY WEDDING A DREAM COME TRUE. THEY MADE MY DAY GO BY SO WITH SUCH EASE. I DIDNT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING. ELENA PLANS EVERYTHING OUT, PUTS EVERYTHING TOGETHER, IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE! PRICES ARE EXTREMLY GREAT FOR VEGAS WEDDINGS! ALL MY GUESTS HAD A GREAT TIME. AND THE MOUNTAIN VIEWS ARE BEAUITFUL FOR PICTURES!

There is not one word that could describe our experience at Wildhorse and our wedding day! It was amazing, beautiful, memorable.... Just to say the least!!! Not only is the venue beautiful and the grounds well kept, the staff was amazing. Elena is flawless at what she does. She is detail oriented and attentive. She makes you feel like you are her only bride. She makes the day all about you and makes sure that everything goes smoothly. She's very professional, quick to respond to your emails or any questions. She was always available if i needed her prior to our wedding day. Expect that you will forever be a part of the wildhorse family. Even after almost 5 years of marriage, I still keep in contact with Elena. Lastly, The food was amazing, all of our guests were pleased. I highly a recommend Wildhorse if you are looking for the perfect venue for your special day. You won't be disappointed.

We LOVE entertaining at Wildhorse! First of all, the grounds and clubhouse building are beautiful, with great views and very nice decor. For brides wanting to do a golf course wedding, the ceremony works great down on the grass, and we play all the ceremony music from up on the balcony - it sounds great! We are always impressed by the meticulous pre-event planning and the staff who make sure everything runs smoothly. The staff is experienced and professional, and the food is great. When it's time for the reception, the room is spacious, with windows all around, nice lighting and very good acoustics. It's always a fun and upscale event at Wildhorse!
