My wife and I chose to work with Will because of the quality of his photos on his website. But looking back at our experience, what made working with Will special was his attitude. Hello and welcome to my page! I'd love to be able to post prices on photography packages for weddings and special events but honestly, no two events are the same. I like to piece together packages based on your needs, wishes and budget.. I can, however guarantee that I offer very reasonable prices below what many other photographers in the area charge. My work, in turn, is high quality and with an extremely fast turnaround time. Who really likes to wait for their photos anyway?

What primary photographic style do you identify with?

What do your packages include?
Albums, Digital Files, High Resolution Images, Prints, Proof CD of All Images, Thank You Cards, Video Montage
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
If an image needs post processing enhancements, we are very capable applying various creative applications to enhance the subject(s) and or scenery in a photo.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Yes. We are very skilled at using creating high quality images, regardless of the lighting conditions at the time of the photo shoot.
Is your media preference film or digital?
I am solely a Digital Photographer.
How many photographers do you work with?
I always work with another Photographer during weddings. One to follow the Bride and the other the Groom. If the project is extremely large, a 3rd photographer is used.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes. I have never missed an event in all my years of photography.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Absolutely. I make myself available for my clients. However, I never overbook or put myself in a situation where I am rushing through a particular photo shoot. Each client gets my undivided attention during their photo shoot.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes. I always have a backup plan.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Whatever is needed to produce a quality product. Each photo shoot is unique and during my consultation with my clients, I determine what types of images they are looking for. Once this is determined, I select the best equipment for the job.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Always. My Client's photo shoot should not halt just because I did not have a backup plan. I am always prepared for the worse. Even mosquitos on outdoor shoots.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
My cost is usually based on the type of shoot and the size of the project.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
My initial cost accounts for any shoot that is up to an hour longer than expected. Things happen and from time to time, a little more time is required. In the event of more than one hour, the additional cost just depends on what is involved.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I like to shoot the entire event. There are always great moments to capture and I do not want to miss any. Yes, I am human and get exhausted but a good night rest the day before and a Snicker Bar or two, does wonders.
Do you charge for travel?
If outside the San Antonio area, yes! The amount depends on the location of the shoot.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
My Client can begin viewing several of the pictures the next day. I begin to immediately work on the pictures and maintain close communication with my Client as new pictures are getting uploaded into my website for viewing.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
All proofs are provided on my website (www.WillBridgesPhotography.com) for my Clients to see.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Since the proofs are on my website, they can view them for a good amount of time.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
All my Clients receive copyrights to their photos.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes! For future marketing purposes, I do retain the right to use the images to further advance my business. However, i do provide each Client the Option to obtain exclusive rights to all the images upfront before any agreement is reached and contract is signed.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
I provide digital files only on a CD.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes. The Client will receive a password protected link on my website to view their photos.
What kind of albums do you offer?

When will the client get the final album?
Approximately 30 - 45 days depending on what type of delivery service is selected. Majority of this timeframe (3 Weeks) is to create the album.
