Everyone at Willard's was very friendly and helpful. Even though our tuxes weren't right and some of the sizes were off, they made sure to fix it fast and went out of their way to do it on time!! LeAnn was a huge help and so sweet and Willard himself dressed all the guys to make sure the tuxes fit exactly the way they should. My groom and all my groomsmen looked extremely sharp the day of the wedding and I could not have been more happy!

I loved working with Willard for my wedding. He is very nice and his customer service is like going to a small town, not dealing with a large corporate business. He was very helpful with coordinating our multi-color peacock wedding. I've been to Willard's shop before for alterations. He is so fast!

Everyone at Willard's was amazing to work with. Leanne, especially, went out of her way to meet with us, discuss our vision and even agreed to help us play some practical jokes on our wedding party!

I do have to say that they got all of the groomsmen, ushers, and ring bearer fit at the end but almost all of the suits did not fit them right so make sure that you try them on before leaving the store. After all was said and done the tuxes did fit all of them:)

I did not know there were so many options when it came to picking out tuxes but Willard's Formal Wear helped me through every decision, from colors to jacket styles. I loved that all the men had to try on the tuxes before they could take them home, and if something was wrong, it was quick and easy for Willard's to fix the problem. I would recommend Wilards to anyone! My now husband is 6'7" and they tailored his tux to fit him perfectly with no extra cost! They were professional and fun to work with! They made this part of the wedding easy and simple.

Some of the boys had things wrong with their tuxes but Willard's caught the problem before the boys got the tuxes and issue was fixed right away.

We needed the tuxedos for a week while in Las Vegas and they made sure everything was perfect before we left. I would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking to rental formal wear. I cannot even put into words how amazing Willards is. We won free tuxes with them at a bridal show and I'm so happy that happened! Our tuxes were perfect! They took such good care of us I couldn't believe it! They also did alterations on a dress for my brother-in-law's wedding and it was perfect! And 4 days before the wedding when we had a dress crisis with one of my bridesmaid dresses being too tight they let us bring it in and they fixed it even though they were fully booked. They make sure their customers are happy!

These guys are champs. They did emergency alterations on Army dress blues for our best man in less than a day. They gave us extra accessories for tuxes, they offered to come to the wedding to make sure the tuxes were correct, and their customer service is excellent.
