With high expectations and excitement for a good friend's wedding, I tried to order a long list of products from WILLIAMS-SONOMA website in December, 2010
What a nightmare! So many errors and lost items from the final list. Multiple charges to credit cards for the items no on the final list.
Hours waiting via helpline with rude responses. Insist on charging shipping fee even after cancel all products. Luckly, my friend had a registry at another vendor, where online and on phone were all pleasant.
I have been shopping online for years and over hundreds on-line transactions with tons of vendors. WILLIAMS-SONOMA is the worst.
