Susan Sanford and her team were amazing!! They were very professional, extremely organized, and a wedding lifesaver! I couldn't imagine having done this without them. I would highly recommend their services. Specifically, they made the day of the wedding stress free for me. They had already contacted all the vendors 2 weeks prior and ensured everything was on time and they all knew where they were going. The day of, they had a timeline broken down by 15 minute increments to keep everything moving smoothly and making sure people were where they needed to be (aka - during the cake cutting, they made sure both sets of parents were brought to the front so they wouldn't miss it). They just had all the details down and it made it so my husband and I could truly enjoy ourselves!

These ladies were fantastic. They made my dream wedding happen. I was so flustered and busy with planning, and Susan and her team took care of ALL of the details. So worth it. I don't know how people ever get married without a planner. They were prepared for EVERYthing.

Quality of Service -They are great planners, but most of all, they are knowledgeable, reliable, and are able to react when necessary. I remember at the end of my ceremony, my wife and I just kept going on and on about the coordinators and how great they were.

Responsiveness - Susan was alway quick to respond with a phone call or email to any question or problem that I had.

Professionalism - The entire Willrich Bridal staff was extremely professional in everything they did and in the way they looked and acted. My guests were very impressed the entire group and commented that I must have spent a fortune hiring them.
