I'm sending you guys a thank you card in the next few weeks, but I really could not wait till then to tell you how fantastic the cake looked and tasted! It was so delicious and beautiful--just as I had imagined. Peter and I did our 'first taste' and then took a few more tastes because we couldn't believe how moist and fantastic it was. As soon as I got on the plane Sunday I told Peter that I should of had more cake before leaving....we have made up for that since then and have been snacking on our top layer. :) I am curious to know if you would be up for making "tasting" size versions of our cake for our anniversaries? :)
