Although I absolutely loved the dress I found here and got many complements on it on my wedding day, the staff at the shop did nothing to make my experience enjoyable. When I tried on dresses they did not help me to pull any or to try them on. When I picked my dress, rather than making me feel special, they told me all about how a friend of theirs wore it, calling it "her" dress. The real trouble started, however, after I ordered the dress. I was told the dress would be done in 3-4 months. I called to check at that time and they said it had not been completed but not to worry because my wedding day was far enough away. I continued to call to check in every so often and they were generally polite but unhelpful. Finally, after 8 months of waiting, getting to the point that if there was a problem with the dress I would really be in a jam for the wedding, both my father (who was paying for the dress) and I called them to try to find out what was going on. I had tried to remain calm and courteous throughout these conversations, and I explained that I liked to have my details taken care of in advance so I did not have to worry. The woman on the phone told me "I know you like to have things tied up in a pretty bow, but that just can't happen all the time." I burst into tears on the phone at her condescension, and then she proceeded to tell me she did not want me to be upset. I then told her I had been upset for some time. Later that same evening the owner of the store called and magically my dress was being shipped the next day. Then when I did go in to pick up the dress, they did not apologize and only offered me a set of thank-you notes to try to make up for things. They did not offer to steam my dress around the time of the wedding as I know many shops do and did not even offer to help me find someone to do alterations. They are my only bridal vendor that I was disappointed in, and it's really too bad.

Had been to about 6 other vendors looking for a dress, and the first dress I tried on there was the one. They were helpful and attentive even though I needed an off the rack dress and was on a tight budget.
What a great experience did we ever have at Wishes and Whims Bridal The shop had to be the friendliest shop we went to. They were really helpful to my bridesmaid’s and they directed them and showed them the way to the proper section. The bridesmaid dresses were all really nice and my bridesmaid’s found just the bridesmaid dresses they liked at the shop. This place was great. We had a great experience and the service was wonderful too.

I had an amazing experience at Wishes and Whims. The first day I went to try on dresses, all the women in the shop were completely focused on me. They pulled dresses I wouldn't have thought to try on, but having so much experience, they knew how great I'd look. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, and I didn't feel "schmoozed" like at some of the bigger shops. When I went back with my bridesmaids, again the service was very personal. I felt like the ladies of Wishes and Whims were really invested in my wedding and in everyone looking good.
Thank you for being very easy to work with! I had great service each time I came in to Wishes and Whims and, for that, I am greatly appreciative. I will recommend you to everyone!
Words can not express how happy and pleased I was with your shop and service!!!! Kori, you were the best bridal person that I delt with the entire time of searching and you went above and beyond the call of duty-- especailly with the hollow to hem measurement!! LADIES, the hem to hollow is so worth it, I was skeptical at first but through careful information from Kori, I got it and the dress is PERFECT!!! I'm so happy that I found a shop like you guys! I tell everyone about it no matter what state they live in. Keep up the excellent work, and if you're ever hiring, I'm there!!!

The unity candle is perfect! Words can not describe the candle you made for me to use in memory of my sister. My future husband, like so many fiancés, hasn't felt the need for much input in the colors, invitations, bridesmaids dresses etc. was completely taken by the candles. He, as well as everyone else that I have shown them to have really felt they are perfect. I have seen many memorial candles in my internet searches, but not one has the personal touch you were able to bring to "my" candle. The time you spent on the phone with me, the ideas you sent me to proof, the special touch of adding my personal choice for the flower. I know some of this required you going outside your patterned candles. But, YOU did it and YOU did it with professionalism and care and concern in making my day special.
I will visit your site for many years after my wedding and refer anyone that I think could use your site.

I want to let you know that I just received my cake top jeweled number 15 for my daughter's quinceanera and I LOVE THEM! They are so beautiful. And I have seen the expensive ones and you can't tell a difference.
Everyone I have showed them too have liked them as much as I have.

I came to Wishes and Whims just planning to get an idea of what kind of dress I wanted. Little did I know I would find the perfect dress and go home with it that day! Cheryl had my taste pegged after four dresses, and she picked out my dream gown. I was amazed! The service I received was outstanding. It was nice to feel so welcome and taken care of. I will definately be back for my accessories!
