About With Love & Confection
Welcome to With Love & Confection where we create edible art that tastes as divine as it looks! We specialize in Wedding Cakes, Anniversary Cakes, Groom's Cakes, Birthday Cakes, Holiday Cakes, Decorated Sugar Cookies,
Cupcakes and Gingerbread Houses. Our signature is the CakeCheeseCake Present. One fluffy layer of cheesecake hugged by two moist layers of cake gift wrapped in scratch-made white chocolate fondant and topped with a sugar bow and gift tag to say
"With Love & Confection". They can be designed with any motif for any occasion! We also teach classes on baking from scratch, decorating cakes with fondant, cupcakes and gumpaste art. Please visit our website for

Veronica Arthur has 25 years experience in baking and confectionery art. She is a two-time award winner of the Good Housekeeping Magazine Gingerbread House Contest. Her "Stone Urn and Peony Cake" was featured in the June 2010 issue of Cake Central Magazine. After teaching and coaching her 9 year old daughter in the art of gingerbread house making, Gabriella Arthur placed 2nd in the youth 9 yr- 12 yr old category in The National Gingerbread Competition 2010 at the Grove Park Inn in Ashville, NC. Veronica recently developed several Tex-Mex/Southwestern style recipes for Spike's brand salsa (by LiDestri Foods Inc.) to use on their website.
