Wonder Valley Ranch Resort

Wonder Valley made my wedding as perfect as I had built it up to be. From the first day we looked at the venue, to the day after the wedding, they were nothing short of incredible. They coordinated with all my vendors, worked with my budget, and anything I needed they provided, right down to producing a beautiful picture frame for me to borrow because I had forgotten it. I had a beautiful wedding, and I would have it there again in a heart beat.

My husband and I are so glad we chose Wonder Valley as our wedding reception venue! Myrna and the WV staff made everything perfect. All of our questions were answered promptly, all requests were met, and not to mention—the venue was absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend WV to anyone who desires a venue with nothing but beauty to offer!

Everything from the staff, food, service and overnight accommodations for my guests exceeded my expectations. My wedding was everything I dreamed of and more. We will be sing their facilities again for upcoming family events!! Job well done everyone at Wonder Valley Ranch Resort!

Our overall experience with Wonder Valley was a wonderful one. The venue was absolutely beautiful and we received many compliments. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only two areas that were a concern for us were the rehearsal and difficulty in booking the accomodations. On the rehearsal night we felt rushed and the wedding party did not feel they knew what they were supposed to do. The musicians did not get to practice with the wedding party and that resulted in some confusion on the wedding day. I should have asked for more time but was a little overwhelmed that night. Also, my husband and I had difficulties trying to book some rooms for the wedding and ended up booking rooms else where do to the confusion, which changed our wedding rehearsal dinner plans as well. But again, it was still a wonderful experience and would recommend it highly.

The event was awesome and so well run and organized. The team is very professional and really are good at keeping everything on time and organized, I can't say enough about how helpful they were. The wedding garden is so awesome, they did a great job setting up the chairs and umbrella's because it was hot. We did get the horse and carriage which was really neat but the gazebo was so small that the guests on the outside aisle could not see the bride coming in on the carriage so that was a bummer because it was really neat.
The banquet room is so beautiful and they had everything set up and ready for us. The food was really good, we had so many guests comment on how good the food was. The service was good but at one table we had a group of children with Down syndrome, when an adult asked if they would pour the drinks from the pitcher, they poured for the adults (who didn't need pooring) but not the children who needed it.

I was not prepared with food in the bridal room and not much is available up there so I would recommend that being offered as an options to feed both bridal parties some type of trays would be helpful.
Making reservations at the hotel was not a great experience, when people would call to check on reservations, they seemed confused about the reservations. The accomodations were good though.

This was the most beautiful place to have our wedding:) All guest were concerned about the drive but after the wedding I have recieved many calls saying it was well worth it because the beauty and how smooth everything went. I loved this place:) cant wait to go back to do all the exceptional activites. All employees were very nice and helped out a bunch:)

Wonder Valley could not have been more perfect for our wedding day. They were so professional and took care of every little thing. The entire staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went smoothly. I was totally at ease putting my big day in their hands. The grounds looked perfect and everything ran on time which was a miracle!! I highly recommend WVR to any bride. Thank you so much!!

With Wonder Valley, the setting is beautiful, as are the grounds. The hotel is not what you would expect for the price. The rooms are dingy and dark. The mirrors are small and the shower is too short for even the shortest of people. The food provided is okay. For a place that boasts of it's chefs, most would expect better. On wedding day, they took care of some things. My husband and my parents spent the majority of the wedding finishing up everything. Unfortunately, my husband was also not treated very well because, due to active duty military, he wasn't able to make it to the wedding planning meeting. The coordinator was rude to him and made it a point to say she didn't know who he was because he couldn't attend the meeting. I feel that my wedding day was beautiful, and that it went very well but I'm not sure that the success of the day was due to Wonder Valley, but due to the outside vendors we chose and our families.

The Wonder Valley staff was very helpful and the ceremony site was absolutely gorgeous! I have the most beautiful pictures and memories there and I am so happy we chose Wonder Valley to celebrate the most important day of our lives.

Myrna, Larry, Karlie & the rest of the Wonder Valley Crew did a FANTASTIC job of helping us out on our very big and special day. Not only did we only have 2 months to plan but they made our day super stress-free and organized. We appreciate everyone there and are so thankful to have been given the opportunity to get married at such a BEAUTIFUL "heaven-like" place. The weather was perfect, the day was none other than BLISSFUL! Thank you so much everyone at Wonder Valley, we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone even "considering" using them. The food was delicious too! You just can't find a better place 5 star rating no doubt!!! :)

Such an amazing place! Everything from the staff to the scenery to the food was awesome! The wedding planners were all very helpful and did almost everything for you, which made my life a whole lot easier at such a hectic time. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Myrna and Laura are amazing women that run the show up at Wonder Valley Ranch! Very responsive, very reliable, and always there to help! I had a good dozen email questions to them the week before the wedding and they were always right on top of answering them! My stress level was zero dealing with these two and the resort!! Only negative would be the drive to the location! BUT SOO WORTH IT!!

I had my wedding at Wonder Valley Resort and am so thankful that I did. From the beginning, the wedding coordinators were flexible and knowledgeable about how to make our wedding run smoothly and efficiently. The location was beautiful, and even the drive up was a treat. If you live in the Fresno area, the drive is far enough to feel like a destination wedding, but still close enough for family and friends to find lodging in town. I recommend take a physical drive up to the resort. The web site doesn't show the beauty of the location nor the professionalism and warmth of the staff that we encountered. Hands down, my favorite Wedding Venue. For all brides, this is the perfect place to hold your event. The staff will attend to all your needs, and the man made lake with Gazebo just reeks Romance as you drive away in a horse drawn carriage. Worth the price, and makes for beautiful photos. Make this a must for viewing venues.

This is my home away from home. If you want a venure that can accommodate everything you can possibly think of, then you will NOT be disappointed with Wonder Valley. Love them, and their staff!

We love the wonderful staff at Wonder Valley Ranch, they make our experience setting up very pleasant and we look forward to every chance we get to work there.

Wonder Valley is one of the best venues I have worked with. As a photographer, the background of a photo is just as important as the subject. I love being able to walk around the lake and get different photos from a variety of angles. The main wedding site is a beautiful garden with green grass and flowers all around. The lakeside gazebo makes for a beautiful backdrop. Within easy walking distance are a good number of locations for photos, including several fountains, a boat dock, pretty tree-lined walkways, a waterfall, flowers and much more. They also have an onsite classic horse-drawn carriage for the bride and groom. For winter weddings, they have an indoor room complete with a huge fireplace. Their friendly staff are always available to see to every need and make sure everything goes according to plan. Overnight accommodations are available for guests that travel from out of town. Wonder Valley makes a great location for a local or a destination-style wedding.
