Jennifer was great to work with, and she was very flexible. The venue was the perfect place for our wedding, complete with a large tent, tables, and chairs(included in price). the bride and groom rooms where great! very posh, and made for great getting ready pics! Down Side: not only was the location somewhat expensive, we where not permitted to purchase outside alcohol, which made the price shoot up(we where going to get everything from a distributor at cost). The hardest was catering. Trying to stay with in our budget for our catering would have been a lot easier if the venue didn't charge the caterer 10%, which was then added on our bill. Overall the extra cost was worth the amazing place.

I am very disappointed in this place. My wedding is still not for a few weeks and I am very unhappy. Everything is way overpriced and the staff is very difficult to work with. I can never get a hold of the event coordinator and they have already breached our contract. I would not recommend this place for any reason.

I received a ton of compliments on our location. It was beautiful, very spacious and worked well for our sized wedding (160+). The one bummer in working with them is that the Wedding Event Coordinator changed 3 times in the 8 months I was planning my wedding there. Fortunately I had hired my own coordinator but had I planned on using their's, I would have been pretty upset that the contact person kept changing. Other than this, they are a great location for big weddings. If you want lots of blooming trees and flowers than I would wait until further into May as we didn't have a ton of blooms on 4/23 but we did luck out with beautiful weather and if you want a less expensive time of year, that's the way to go...plus they can heat the tent when the sun goes down and it gets chilly.

We could not have picked a more wonderful place to have our wedding!!! All the staff was AWESOME!!! Our coordinator was the BEST she helped me so much, and made my experience as least stressfull as it could be. It is beautiful there, and we had AWESOME places for pictures. I recommend anyone looking for a wonderful place to be married, go check out Woodriver Cellars, and you will fall in love with it. Also, the bridal suite is unmatchable it is fit for a princess, and the grooms quarter YES they have grooms quarters and its super nice fit with furniture, TV, and music. My husband and his groomsmen really liked it. Another added bonus is they have really really yummy wine! I live in Arizona, and I wish I could their wine here because it is delish!

Woodriver Cellars was a beautiful venue to get married! The brides and grooms quarters were nicely furnished and comfortable. However, the help was not up to par. I felt that you were only paying for the actual venue and not the service. I had difficulty getting a hold of the staff and a few of my guests complained to me about the staff being extremely rude. I feel that if the staff was more involved and organized that it could be a great wedding venue but they need a substantial amount of help in the service department.
