Lori was great at being flexible with everything before and during the reception. Some of the staff we not so accomodating with the seating issue (the table number changes not at the fault of the reception hall), but Lori understood and helped us out. Overall, we were pleased with our service.

My daughter had her wedding June 25th 2011 at Wunderland and we could not have been happier! The Manager Lori is amazing and the venue was fantastic! They made sure that we could give our daughter a wedding that we will all cherish forever, down to the last detail.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Lori (the Hall Manager) and the staff at Wunderland Banquet Hall were! She was so amazing in helping us plan our reception, and making sure that every detail was covered. She answered every question, was incredibly accommodating with all of our special requests, she set up the hall beautifully, and was just all-in-all a great person to work with!The hall itself is beautiful, with a wonderful deck and gazebo area in the back for pictures! Plus the dance floor is huge, so if you have a big family (like me) that loves to dance, there will be plenty of room for everyone! We got lots of compliments on the food... and we also did a dessert bar through Wunderland, which our guests loved. The only thing that is a little difficult is that you cannot do tastings before making your catering selections, but Lori is great in offering suggestions, or you can attend one of their open houses or buffets that they have throughout the year to sample the food.I would highly recommend having your reception at Wunderland... everything ran so smoothly, we couldn't have made a better choice! :)

WUNDERLAND IS WONDERFUL! I can't say enough about how wonderful this reception hall is. When I started working with Lori, the manager, I could tell she really cared about our wedding and was so sweet. I wanted a reception hall on the westside that was large and had a big dance floor. I didn't want to feel crowded and I didn't want my guests to feel crowded or have to move chairs to get around the tables. Wunderland is a huge building, no steps, beautiful, large dance floor, seperate food room, large area for dj where the equipment is not on the dance floor and they have a beautiful backyard for a ceremony, pictures or somewhere nice for the smokers to go. I really never thought about these things until I was engaged and started looking into several reception halls. We had 318 guests at our wedding and no one was crowded. It was like purchasing a home, I knew the minute I walked in that it was the place for us. I don't know why any other bride and groom would want their reception anywhere else but Wunderland. On our wedding day, 06-10-2011, we had really bad storms during our ceremony then while headed to the reception hall, everyone was keeping it a secret from me that Wunderland didn't have power because of the bad storms. When our party bus pulled into the parking lot the power came back on. Lori had to do some setting up in the dark and the DJ needed a flashlight to set up his equipment. When we walked into the lobby to get lined up to be announced, you would have never have known the power was out for 2 hours prior to arriving. We still ate right away and everything ran on time. It was truly wonderful and Lori could have not done a better job. It was an amazing reception and I would recommend Wunderland to any bride and groom looking for a great reception hall. Everything about the reception was perfect. Lori gave us wonderful ideas such as our beautiful seating chart and our centerpieces. Lori answered every question during our 2 year engagement and never took more than 12 hours to respond to an email. Lori is truly wonderful and her and the Wunderland crew deserve 2 thumbs up. I DON'T KNOW WHY ANY BRIDE AND GROOM WOULD GO TO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT WUNDERLAND!

Wunderland was a great place to have a wedding. The space is beautiful and large enough for a big crowd. Everyone complimented the food well after the wedding. The only thing that we found bothersome was that the manger, Lori, complained about our place cards on facebook. It was very unprofessional and was just plain mean especially since she did it on Wunderland's business facebook page. So, while the place is nice and the staff is great, just be sure if you go here that you do everything the way Lori wants or else it'll end up on Facebook for the world to see.

Wunderland was a pleasant surprise in the Colerain Twp. area. Great location, great hall, great food and most of all great people and service. Very helpful in planning a most wonderful event.

The manager was very accessible and helpful during the planning phase of the wedding. The evening of our wedding the service and food was very good, and the hall looked beautiful. We had no problems whatsoever, we just sat back and the staff took care of everything.

Working with Lori was a great experience. She offered her ideas and suggestions as well as listed to what I wanted and helped me pick solutions that were right for my vision and my budget. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you for helping make my big day a HUGE success!!!

The hall was great. Has one of the largest dance floor in the cincinnati area. The food is great tasting. The out door area was great for our after ceremony pictures.

Wunderland Banquet Hall was more than excellent. We had our ceremony there and the reception after and everthing went so perfect. Lori the manager there was always easily accesible and easy to communicate with. The hall is beautiful and the food was amazing and had mutiple people tell us it was the best wedding food they have had in a while. The staff was great and polite and I have no complaints for the hall at all. I would recommend anyone to have a wedding or reception at Wunderland Banquet Hall.

We had a wonderful experience - Lori and her staff are wonderful!!! The hall and gazebo are beautiful and the staff is great. At Wunderlands, you know everything will go smoothly - they do all the work for you so you can relax and enjoy your day! I would recommend Wunderlands - they do a great job! Having my wedding reception at Wunderland was the best decision that I made. The food was great and so was the service.

The Wunderland exceeded all of my expectations for my wedding day. We had our ceremony outside on the deck and our reception right afterwards. Lori was so helpful from the very beginning and was very quick to respond to any of my needs or concerns. She was so easy to work with, while still maintaining a professionalism that ensured me that things would go smoothly on my wedding day. And they did... I didn't have to worry about a thing that day, other than remembering my vows and having the best day of my life. The site looked gorgeous, both inside and outside, we received tons of compliments on the food, and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this facility to any bride looking for a great location for their ceremony and/or reception!

This facility was beautiful for the ceremony and reception. The staff was so kind and helpful. It was a great value for what we received. The only complaint we heard about the evening was that it didn't last long enough! Everyone was enjoying themselves so much, they didn't want it to end!

I really enjoyed the one on one service the wunderland provided to my husband and i. lori was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions in which i had. There were several other ceremony and recption sites in which we had toured before we had chose the wunderland. the cost was very reasonable for what we had gotten, the food was fabulous, i enjoyed that my wedding was the ONLY wedding and reception going on at the time mine was rather than some other facilites, i felt like the wunderland staff truely cared about ME and not the profit it was not so corporate like some others. I would even definatly consider using the wunderland for any other type of event in which we may need it for

Lori was extremely patient with me. I am a very detailed person and wanted to go over everything tons of times! She even let me come in several times to look at the room and bring my decoration items ahead of time. The staff made sure everything flowed nicely and they worked with my vendors that I used outside of the hall.

Overall pleased with the venue. Very easy to work with, many compliments on the food. Beautiful hall, reasonably priced. I would recommend The Wunderlands to everyone.

I could not of picked a better venue to have my wedding at. The hall itslef is just beautiful. And the surrounding grounds are just exceptional. Lori the manager at Wunderland was informative, caring and helpful thoruhgout my wedding planning. She answered every question I had quickly and honsetly. I could not have made it through this precess without her. I am telling everyone my expereince at Wunderland in hopes that they will choose Wunderland to have their next event at.

Wunderland Hall is the best place to have wedding reception! The staff is friendly and professional, and most of all it's reasonably priced. The hall was recently renovated and it's a big difference. I know, because 5 years ago my mother had a reception there. It was beautiful then, but now the colors are more neutral and work well with any color scheme. Lori, the hall manager, is awesome! The best part is that they will set up your reception and take it down (it's included in the cost).

WONDERFUL LOCATION! For the brides who don't want to have to travel from wedding to reception, this is the place for you! Located on Colerain Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio, this place was wonderful! They have a beautiful gazebo behind the hall in a gorgeous park-like setting! It was wonderful to go from ceremony to reception in the same location, great price, and the owners are very thorough! You can't beat the price for the wonderful service and scenery!

Wunderland Banquet Hall is the most beautiful complete banquet hall you could use for your wedding or special event. Lori, the hall manager, is so precise and detail oriented that you do not have to worry about the little things on your special day. Lori also coordinates so well with the vendors and makes everything go smoothly and easily for the bride and groom. The food is fantastic and I could not say enough wonderful things about this hall!

Quite a few couples that get married at my church, Garden Park Unity Church, have their reception here. I have heard nothing but rave reviews of the service and food and the assistance each couple gets from them. I have toured the facility as well and it’s a hidden gem!

Without a doubt one of most beautiful venues on the west side of Cincinnati. I love the personal feel of a family run location as well as the organization and planning of a quality professional. Wunderland is the only location I can think of where the person who sold you on their venue is also the person helping with your details, planning, questions and is also there the evening of your event. I'm not sure if this is every time, but I believe she also stays till the end of the night as well to be sure everything is perfect for you. This is a rare quality and allows for consistant quality and class from start to finish. If there were a 5 star rating here, I'd give a 6!

Wunderland is the BEST banquet hall you can have your wedding at! The landscaping in back is just beautiful, you'll get top of the line service every time and the food is AMAZING! The Hall Manager is professional and organized and allows you to enjoy your day by taking care of the details for the event. The hall was recently redecorated and the new look is gorgeous!
