I used Wyndham Garden Hotel in Buffalo Grove for my wedding night stay, as well as the recommended stay for my guests. I was a bit disappointed, and I don't believe the staff was as good as they should have been.
I was told they would provide a shuttle to and from the reception hall for all my guests. I was also told that the bus would come back for any guests that did not fit for the first trip. I found out later that after the bus left, the remaining guests were told there would not be another one. In the end the remaining guests did get on a different shuttle, but it was very upsetting to them at the time.
Besides the shuttle experience, I was content enough with the hotel. It is a small hotel, so there were no suites, but the rooms were clean.

Does the hotel provide a shuttle service to our Banquet Hall?
Yes, with a contract we provide a complimentary shuttle ride with 10 paid room nights to many local banquet halls. We can also schedule additional shuttle rides for only $50 per trip
Is there a maximum/minimum number of rooms we can block?
10 rooms minimum are required for group blocks and 50 rooms maximum (if you fill 50 then we will add extra rooms on a needed basis). There are 155 guest rooms in the hotel.
How would my guests make reservations for the group block?
Guests can call the hotel directly at (847) 215-8883 and mention the group name to receive the discounted rates.
We want to make gift bags for our guest; can you distribute them?
Yes. We will personally hand each of your guest their gift bag/basket as they check in. For a small fee, we can have the bags placed in their rooms prior to arrival.
