Yokoz Pacific Island Catering & Mobile Sushi Bar Service

I originally planned to have my wedding at a hotel with a 4 station Buffet, but plans had to change because of the economy. I just so happen to be eating at Yokoz when I saw they did catering. I immediately met with the wedding Coordinator Ellis, and I was a little scared because he seemed not very confident in his abilities. His leg shaked a bit much, and he seemed desperate. But when the Chef came out, Robert, and teamed up with Ellis, he made all the difference. I am quite intimidating, and may of had the \"bridezilla\" look over me. But none the less, the professionalism of Robert, and how he brought the whole consultation together, assured me that all would be \"Great.\" I asked him his background, and uncovered that he had been a Sou Cheff at The Hotel Del Coronado. I then knew what type of wedding I was going to have, luxurious! The day of, everything was classy, the food to die for, and the impression left with friends and family as if I spent 40k on my wedding. I am so thankful to the Yokoz team for delivering exactly what was presented to me, luxury on a dime! with what I saved, my honeymoon was fantastic. My whole overall experience was top grade! When my 10 year anniversay comes around, I\'m hiring Yokoz for my caterers. Thanks Yokoz for everything.
