I used Your Pixel Perfect for their photo booth at my reception. It was awesome all the guests enjoyed it and they printed all the pictures and put them in the book and the guests were able to write a little note on the side of each... Great people!!

Filled with skepticism based on horror stories told to me by friends of their poor quailty photographers, I hesitantly entered the studio of Sandi and Ed, the owners of Your Pixel Perfect. After being offered cookies and coffee my fiance and I looked at a large flat screen tv that held the evidence of their expertise. Their work was good, yet, it was the team that sold us. We felt so comfortable with them at our first consultation we chatted for an hour about our wedding and other things. At our engagement session we felt extremely comfortable and it showed through a spectacular book they created for us. At our rehearsal, yes they came (and we arrived late and they waited for us, awesome) they not only took pictures but pitched in with our decorating. Finally during our wedding day, Sandi stayed with me and Ed with my fiance, the moments they captured allow me to relive my wedding over again and again. Sandi and Ed were by far our favorite vendors. They are superb and I highly recommend them. Even my other vendors loved them!

Ed and Sandi are two of the most amazing people I have ever met. They are SO easy to work with and allowed Ben and I to be ourselves and truly enjoy both our engagement session and our wedding day photos! The pictures turned out great - and they were finished so SOON! They became our friends in addition to our photographers! I cannot wait to meet with them to pick out our final prints!

About Your Pixel Perfect

Your Pixel Perfect is a studio that captures your wedding as magically as you imagined it! We make sure that we include all the little details that you stressed over; All of the details that made your wedding unique to you. We'll get that shot of your rings, the rings that you carefully chose.

All packages include an engagement session w/ 5x7 for the paper, your full resolution wedding proofs on a disc w/print release, 2 photographers, personalized service te day of your wedding, 90 day online gallery, and discounts for our photo booth. You will also be entered into our Life Time Sessions Program. Life Time Sessions is our wedding gift to you. With the Life Time Sessions you will never pay a session fee again. We will also be at your rehearsal and will incorporate those images into your proofs and books. Book a consultation and we can help you build a custom package to suit your needs.

We also have a photo booth available for rent. These are available for a discount if we are the wedding photographers.

What primary photographic style do you identify with?

What do your packages include?

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

yes

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

yes. For every wedding, we bring an assortment of lights, flashes and reflectors to capture the images the best way possible.

Is your media preference film or digital?

we are 100% digital

How many photographers do you work with?

All weddings come with 2 photographers. If we feel that it's needed, we will bring an assistant or two at no extra charge.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes! All weddings are shot by Sandi and Ed. Sandi goes with the ladies. Ed goes with the men.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

No. Whether your wedding is a 4 hour or 10 hour affair, we will only book one wedding per day.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

We have a few assistants that we can call upon to fill in if needed. We also have a network of photographers that would help us if needed.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

On a normal wedding, we bring 4 or 5 camera bodies, a variety of lenses from 10mm all the way up to 300mm to be sure to capture whatever is thrown at us that day. We also bring flashes, lights, stands and reflectors.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

We have at least 1 backup for everything that we use at a wedding.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

We charge hourly. If a full day is desired, we can work out a rate for that as well.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

Yes. Are rates are $200 per hour.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Our breaks are usually taken one at a time durring the reception, in between events that take place at the reception. We do not require the client provide a meal.

Do you charge for travel?

We do not charge for travel within 90 miles of our studio. Outside of that, we charge for our travel costs.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

We say 2-3 weeks, but most weddings are done much earlier than that.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

In all collections, 4x6 proofs are offered in a custom designed image box. DVD disc of all proofs are offered as an add on.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

The proofs are theirs to keep!

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes! If a DVD is given to the client, they will receive a print release. They will not receive copyrights.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

They are available as an add on.

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes. All collections include a 90 day gallery.

What kind of albums do you offer?

We offer layflat albums which come in a variety in covers such as a printed cover or many different colors of leather. We also offer FlushMount albums that come in over 20 different leather choices or 8 different metal/acrylic covers.

When will the client get the final album?

Album will be designed and available for proofing 4 weeks after the wedding. Upon final approval, the album will be ordered. Delivery time is approximately 10 days after ordering.

How many photographers do I get?

All of our packages include 2 photographers.

Can I create my own package?

Yes. We can design a custom package to suit your needs.

Do you do Rock the Frock (trash the dress)?

Yes. These are fun sessions, after the wedding, that allow you to showcase your dress in any setting you chose. We do NOT ruin your dress.

What other services do you offer?

We have a photo booth available to add to your event.
