We visited the store at the Laguna Hills Mall. Zales had an amazing sale going on at the time we were shopping for a wedding ring. The ring selection was a lot better and they had some beautiful deigns. We ended up spotting a gorgeous, clearance ring at 80% off the regular price. Score! The ring was a 1.50 ctw with the "Past, Present, Future" engraving inside the band. I love it and so glad that we didn't have to cough up a huge chunk of change for it. We also used their online store to order DH's band. Great prices and an even greater selection.

I generally like to stay away from the MALL STORES> but this one seems to be pretty good. The times we have gone there, the service was always friendly and attentive. We are still shopping for wedding bands and hope to finalize that soon.

I got my wedding band from Zales. I had been having a hard time finding a band that would coordinate with my grandmother's heirloom solitaire. I found my ring here, and got it for 30% off! They did engraving on the teeny tiny band and even had suggestions when my desired engraving was too long. I had my ring in less than a week when they sent it to size & engrave. I get it cleaned there every 6 months and that keep my lifetime warranty. I am very pleased and I would buy from them again.

My fiance and I visited the Zales outlet and had an overall fabulous experience. I originally believed I would not find my ideal engagement ring at Zales but I am happy to have been wrong. We were not pushed into purchasing anything right away. In fact, we visited 3 times before we officially decided on the one. I give a genuine big thanks to Zales for the immaculate piece and the extremely reasonable deal we scored on the price.

There are the best jewelers in Volusia county! They never pressured us into anything and we have a great relationship with all the people there. I would diffnently go there again!

YIKES! They had to be the worst part of the planning process. They do have great prices, but their service is just crap! We ordered our bands in December, and my husband had to literally go back half a dozen times because they kept on messing up the size AND inscription. We finally were able to pick up our rings FOUR days before the wedding (WTF??) When I tried on my band, it was still too small. We have complained to their regional office; still waiting to hear back.

There was an engagement ring that we really liked at this store; however, the staff were very rude in the way they treated us. We are only 21 years old each, but are quite independent and we intended on spending about $5000-$6000 on an engagement ring. The staff never asked about our budget, we had to beg to get assistance, and the overall attitude by staff showed an assumption that we would not be a "big sale" for them.

They helped us pick out a bridal set that perfectly matched my husband's ring that I had purchased 8 years earlier in another state. They look so great together you would think we bought them both at the same time and place. I love my rings and they were well worth the price. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

I really struggled to find "the ring" because I didn't think I could find one in a mall. But I was wrong. I also didn't think I could get good service outside of a boutique store - wrong again. Zales had the selection AND the service.

My fiance went to like 10 boutique stores to find my ring. Said he didn’t want a "mall" diamond. But happened into Zales on a whim. He said he had my ring within 30 minutes of walking into that store. The sales staff were wonderful and really knowledgeable - and not like a mall jewelry store at all.

We picked Zales because i love to get all my jewelry from them. we had actually picked them out almost 2 years prior to the wedding my goal was to try to have them paid off before the big day. so i wore my engagement ring for 2 years and then 2 weeks before i took mine in and had them band it together told them the date of the wedding and they had it done in perfect timing. they are very nice remember you by name and never once have i been treated wrong in a Zales. they clean for free and sell very good life time protection on all your items. i will keep using them for all of my jewelery don’t plan on going anywhere else.

I was kind of surprised that my husband got me my ring from Zales, partly because it's so commercial, but mainly because I didn't even know he wanted to get married so soon! He found out my ring size, and then he chose a very simple engagement ring and matching bands. He was able to design the style that he thought I would like. He said that he got lots of help from the staff to make sure he got something classy and not tacky. I did love my ring! I give Zales 5 stars because without them I wouldn't have a ring, and wouldn't be married today.

We found Zales to be very friendly and cooperative while we were purchasing rings. They were able to provide the best diamonds for the best prices. Also, they were able to accomodate my tiny ring size. When I tried my ring on, it ended up being a .5 size too big from what they measured me. We got it resized, which only took 2 days. It was very quick and came back fitting perfectly - for no charge. Zales was very easy to work with.

Loved both my engagement ring from there and the band to go with it. They will clean your rings whenever you go in and the service was friendly and considerate, not too pushy. They have great matching rings and good financing plans. Our plan allowed us to not be charged interest for up to a year. They also have basic rings to very elaborate styles. I believe our plan also allowed us to have insurance on the ring should the diamond fall out. After the wedding, my husband found that his ring was a little too large, and even though they can’t size the sterling silver ones, they replaced it for him at no charge. They also had to size mine but it only took a couple of days.

My daughter and SIL got the rings and other jewelry at Zales. The rings were beautiful and the prices were in line with what I had in mind. Overall, it was a good experience.

We bought our bands at Zales and my fiance was sized incorrectly...for some reason we didn't realize this until too close to the wedding. We bought them at West Farms, tried to get his fixed at Milford mall, but they "forgot" to send it out. So he wore it,too big, for our wedding and then I brought it to Waterford crystal mall and not only did they fix it on the spot but they didn't charge me a penny more. So I would recommend the Waterford Zales in the Crystal Mall in a minute.

We purchased my husband's wedding ring from Zales. The band is made of tungston, which the jeweler told us does not scratch easily. In the first week my husband wore the band, it was scratched all over. We took it back to the store to complain and they provided a new ring. The new band has remained mostly scratch free. I'm not sure what the problem with the original ring really was that made it defective.

Zale's is a large company and is very busy, so there was some wait. However, my ring is beautiful. I get compliments on it daily! The best part was the price. It looks like it cost a fortune, but did not come close to a fortune!

My fiance' is in the Army and his particular job may cause a ring to scratch easily, so she helped me to stay away from the rings with finishes that would scratch easily. Well we did the lay away plan and we thought we had both our rings, instead the lay away was just for my ring and did not include the price of his ring. So when we went in they said the total was a hundred dollars more than what we expected, but since it was their screw up they gave us some huge discounts and we basically got his ring free. Which was good since the ring they ordered for him wasn't even the right one and the ring they ordered for me was the wrong size!! They were very sorry, of course. but in the end we were pretty happy!
