Zales Outlet

What a great selection of jewelry they had at Zales Outlet.I was only stopping by to compare prices but it was clear that their prices couldn't be beat.I was looking for a lovely necklace to go with my wedding dress.They had one that was dazzling and just the right price.Their salespeople where very nice in showing me what they had and giving me some advice.I will definitely stop by again and give their selection another look see.

I took my wife to the Zales Outlet because I knew I could get a great cut diamond for a reasonable price.Their staff certainly helped us through their wonderful selection and made sure we had all options available for my wife to pick a great ring.We ended up ordering a wonderful heart shaped diamond ring in her size.She likes her ring very much and loves the way it sparkles.

Technically it was the Zales Outlet at the Lake of the Ozarks, but that one was not listed. All the Zales stores that I have been to though (since we purchased the lifetime warranty) have been pretty accommodating. My ring was purchased at the Lake, my husbands ring was purchased in Jefferson city, but I have been able to get cleanings and resizing done at both the Jefferson City and Columbia locations. There have been a few slight problems with the numbers from the outlet stores not matching the ones in the computers at the other stores, but after a few minutes of waiting, they always figure a way to make it work.

Zales was great in helping us pick out our wedding bands. They gave suggestions that matched our taste. We are very happy with the service and high quality jewelry and warranties we received

This was the absolute best experience I had with any vendors. Eric was amazing -- he was very friendly, helped us find the perfect rings with the perfect price! He even recognized us by name a few months later when we came in for cleanings!

I bought a used wedding band here because it was a good deal and that was a bad idea. I wanted a white gold ring and this ring was gold. the lady told me they could recover it which I found out later that, that was a bad idea because after you wore it for even a little while it went back to gold. I also found out later that since it was used it was worn out and it had a crack in it they meant it would never be a good ring because no matter how many times you fix it, it would crack again. Outlets are a good deal because they are a good deal but just be careful about what you buy!

This is where I bought my husbands wedding ring. The outlet at the St. Louis Mills had much better prices than the other stores. The salespeople were very helpful and I was thoroughly satisfied that I got a good deal on a ring. I did not pay all at once but ended up getting a zales card so that I could pay the balance later. The card was nice because I got the ring in May and did not have to make a payment until August. But make sure if you do this that you pay it off as soon as possible because the interest is extremely high. I would use them again.

THEY SENT US THE WRONG RING AND IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE!!! WE DIDNT GET THE RIGHT RING IN TIME FOR OUR WEDDING!!!!
