We mainly dealt with the manager and he was wonderful! Always offered to clean my ring when I came in. I have the most beautiful ring of my dreams!

The staff at Zales were very friendly and helpful, and let us take our time picking out our wedding bands. And trust me, we really took our time! They helped us select a pair of beautiful rings that were in our price range, and also helped us set up a plan to pay for them in a way that would work for us. Overall, a great experience!

This Zales location has fabulously helpful salespeople and a great choice of jewelry. They were so patient with my husband and I when we purchased our rings and even went above and beyond to help me put three rings together and dip them in rhodium, even though two of the rings were family heirlooms and not purchased from the store. They routinely check our diamonds and offer quick, friendly cleaning every time we stop by. Great service!

The people were very helpful during the process of ring selection and told us all the pros and cons of each ring. I really appreciated how they were up front with the negative details instead of letting us find out on our own.

i love to recommend them because what we want exactly we got from them . they have very nice delicate and beautiful designs. i want a band a little curvy but the ring with just five stones. and in five stones i need to have a big diamond with two rubies on it and 2 small diamond but not straight , with a delicate cut. we went to many stores then we were almost agree to go for custom one but then we saw what we want. we love it.

I was one of those brides who wanted a colorful gemstone in her engagement ring versus a diamond. My now husband realized this so when he proposed, it was with a stand in ring. Once that happened we started shopping around immediately! We searched just about everywhere and the thing that made us return to Zales-well there were many reasons. 1. They had the engagement ring I wanted, and since we bought it during their Mother's Day sale, it was incredibly inexpensive. 2. They have a lifetime guarantee on the ring, but also the sapphire (which is also the second hardest stone, behind the diamond of course) so that was really great considering the fact I wanted a sapphire instead of the traditional diamond. 3. They had an amazing wedding band that fits beautifully next to the sapphire ring (which at first seemed would be a daunting task). 4. They also had the wedding ring my husband wanted (very convenient that we purchased all of our rings from the same place). 5. Since the ring was on the website, I was able to send a link to all my family and friends out of town to show the ring. This is nice especially considering the fact that anytime you take a photo of it with a regular camera...the details never show up. 6. Zales stores are everywhere and the warranty applies to every store. So if/when we move to start graduate school and the ring were to be damaged in any way, we could take it in to the local store rather than mailing it across the country. My best advice to future brides/grooms, if at all possible try and purchase the rings during Mother's Day, Christmas, or Valentine's Day sales...you'll get the most bang for your buck. The price listed is for my engagement ring, my wedding band, and my husband's ring, all were roughly $400 each. Which is not bad for a 'one of kind' wedding set.
