my husband bought me my jewelry on Christmas so i wore that for the wedding

When we went engagement ring shopping, we decided to pick the zales in Mission valley, CA. It was a quick find. They had exactly what I had dreamed of. There was only one problem, their credit check system was acting up. After about 2 hours of going through another credit company they offered, I finally got my ring!! There was a bit of a higher interest rate, but my husband was planning on proposing to me that night so he was willing to do whatever it took to get it. We were in a bad mood the whole time from waiting, and the lady kept pushing conversation while he was trying to fill out his information. We just wanted to leave, but we didn't. I understand she was doing her job, we were just on edge from the inconvenience.

We both absolutely love our wedding bands. They have lifetime warrenty, which is definitely worth it. Provide quality product.

We went to this Zales for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. I absolutely love the service at this location and would not go to any other location for my jewelry. Since then, my husband has gotten me earrings and a necklace from that location and it is now the only jewelry store we will go to. The staff was knowledgeable about rings and was super flexible to work within our budget. They suggested better values and better quality stones, allowed me to try on many different styles of rings, and were very professional and helpful in the meantime.

We got beautiful rings for a decent price. Just make sure that the person who is seeling to you is experienced to make sure things go smoothly. We got an inexperienced sales person which made the transaction take about 3 hours who was not very well informed about what alterations can be done in what amount of time.

We really like Zales and we picked out a beautiful set for me and a nice ring for my husband. When we go in to have them polished they are always friendly and willing to help (even when were not looking to buy anything else - which is always impressive).
