My husband was so please with the service he recieved from them for my endgadgement ring that we decided to use them for our wedding bands as well! The band he like was only availiable online, when it came in it was too small. So it took it into the store and even though it is not their policy...they exchanged it for us for a bigger size! Very pleased!!! Will be back for future jewlery purchases!!!

We got our wedding rings from them. We really liked them. The shop was busy so the jewelry consultant did what he could do to help us.

My husband and I were about to get engaged when we went into Zales to find out our ring sizes. We were greeting immediately and soon where shown some beautiful pieces. My style was pegged pretty quickly and I saw teh set of my dreams! Next thing you know I took it home! I wore the engagement ring out of the store. It was a great experience!
