Zales was great to us. We went in about 10 minutes before closing and found the perfect ring. We had been searching for months and we were funning out of time. I couldn' believe the price either. The best part was the fact that Zales is affiliated with Peoples in Canada, so I got to take the ring home to have it sized. I highly recommend Zales, especially to any Canadians near the boarder.

Great price, we had an employee price but have had hassle of getting problems fixed. Husbands ring sent in to have sized and when we got it back it was filthy with a cream on it. When we took it in they told us it was the polishing cream and they weren't sure why it hadn't been polished. They fixed it but it took way too long.
