Great sales associates and bautiful jewelry

We were very unsure of what we wanted in my bridal ring. The salesman was extremely patient & helpful. We were able to find a ring I fell in love with! They sent it off to have it sized & it came in early.

We got a great deal on my ring! However, I recommend that if you are buying a diamond band and get it sized small do buy the lifetime warranty. I wasn't married 24 hours and a diamond fell out. Zales staff were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. I was told because I sized my ring so small it must have changed the prong setting. The quickly fixed it and the ring hasn't had any problems. If they weren't so helpful, I'd be greatly disappointed!

My husband got my engagement ring at zales. I actually picked out my ring for my fiance and even when I promised him that it was the one I wanted and that I wasn't settling he was still worried that it was from an outlet. I did my research though. My ring appraises at $4987 and he got it for $3100. It is wonderful! I got a much bigger diamond than I would have gotten at a regular jewerly store. Everyone loves my ring and says it is so huge and unique. I would defnitely recommend any guys to go get their fiance's ring here! It will not matter that it says outlet one bit.

My husband and I got our wedding rings at probably half the price we'd found the same rings for at other stores like Jared and Robbins Bros. The salesman was wonderful and took a ton of time with us, and all I had to do was briefly describe what I wanted and he led me straight to the perfect ring. I had to have it resized and it was done in less than 3 days. Perfect!!

My husband purchased my bridal set from them and got a great warranty. I also purchased a tungsten wedding band for him and got the same great warranty. We both did a lot of shopping around and zales has by far the best warranty!

It was very easy to buy from here. We were on a budget and they were very willing to cater to that! They were very patient as very looked at dozens of rings and they were very knowledgeable. They gave valuable input, but were not pushy at all. The only thing was my husband's ring did not come in on time and they had a problem finding it in the stock room, so allow plenty of time before the wedding to have some wiggle room in case things go differently than planned.

I got my husbands wedding band there. They had a unique ring that he had been looking for everywhere and didn't find it until we had visited there!! It was a titanium ring with somewhat of a cording wrapped around it...it was lightweight, scratch resistant, and rugged looking! Haha! A simple band for him wasn't what we was looking for! But it worked out wonderfully and the price was amazing!

They had a great selection and were very helpful.

We purchased the groom's band, and wife's wedding band at Zales outlet. We feel we were treated well, despite the fact that we were not spending a lot of money. But the sales representatives were very thoughtful and went out of their way to get our rings ready and sized and cleaned in time (and on short notice!).
