Zales the Diamond store

We got our wedding bands here. Very simple white gold bands, but we were very happy because they offered us lifetime sizing and plating so we never have to pay for that again!

We had really good service. I love my ring and we went with the warrenty which i think is a great deal for the money.

They helped us find just what we were looking for in our price range. A little bit of a drive to maintain the warantee on them but worth it!!

We got my engagement and band and his band from here. The service is always good we we go to get them cleaned. I got mine soldered together and they did a pretty good job.

We bought our bands from Zales, they just happened to have my set on sale at the time which saved us 300.00 and the ingraving on my husbands band was perfect. No flaws when it comes to Zales you can count on them for good quality products every time.

I got all 3 rings from there, engagement, band and my husbands band. The diamonds are stunning and the price wasn't too bad. I would go back for sure any other jewelry.

The staff at the Zales location in the Louis Joliet Mall are wonderful. We were able to special order my ring after I saw the style online. The ring online was in white gold and they had one sent to the store so that I could see it first hand. Then they ordered it for me in yellow gold and we were able to pick out a different, higher quality, diamond for the center stone. They gave the white gold one to my husband so that he didn't have to wait to propose and then when mine came in and they got the center stone changed out, we just exchanged it. The whole experience was great!
