I returned those with NO problem whatsoever. I then did a pair by RSVP. I bought one pair, they were too small. I wanted to return them, but the blue had sold out. The zappos.com customer service representatives are so awesome that she sent me a pair in the new color, without even forcing me to initially return the blue ones, just to try it on for size. She then explained to me simply try the new ones on for size, and then call back and see if the blue were back in stock. They were, and two returns later, I had FABULOUS wedding shoes and the best experience I have had buying shoes in a LONG time at zappos.com. I use them instead of a store now.....would say for all brides to see if they find shoes here, as returns are effortless, prices are reasonable (they have a low price guarantee), and the shoes are fab!

For someone like me who abhors shoe shopping in person AND is extremely picky about shoes, Zappos is a lifesaver. I must have ordered about 10 pairs of shoes from Zappos until I found my bridal shoes (Caparros Zora). Zappos is the greatest online store ever. They have changed their policy from free overnight shipping to regular but I think they upgrade everyone anyway. They have a great selection of shoes and clothes. I ordered shoes for my wedding day and received them the next day.

My wife bought her shoes for the wedding and reception here. She also picked out the shoes she wanted her bridesmaids to wear from this site. It was a convenient option because her bridesmaids were able to order their own and have them shipped directly to them for free without having to run around town looking for the exact shoe that my wife had chosen for them to wear. I really wanted my bridesmaid's to have matching shoes since they were wearing tea-length gowns, but I didn't want to add another major expense for them.
