Zeffert and Gold

Zeffert and Gold was a disappointment to us. We were very excited--the food tasted excellent and we raved about them to everyone we knew! We had 3 entree options and counted very carefully. We gave them an exact number for each kind and they messed up. Half of our guests did not get what they ordered, as the kitchen ran out! They were forced to choose another entree and that entree for everyone turned out to be cold. They also were supposed to fix us a plate of food to go and that didn't happen. They did give us 10% off, but I think it should have been more. The service was slow--many of our guests could not get refills of drinks. The guests of ours who recommended them were really disappointed as well. They did apologize and take responsibility and say that it had never happened before, but it still didn't make up for them ruining the food at our wedding!
