Zen Peninsula

We had our wedding banquet here in Nov 2008 and the it turned out really well. Our friends said the food was really good and even pleased the picky Chinese moms. Andy and the staff were really accommodating. They allowed us to bring our own drinks w/o a corkage fee and substitute an item within our menu. The price is slightly more than other Chinese banquet places, but we were overall pretty pleased.

I give Zen Peninsula restaurant five stars for wedding banquets because ANGIE, ANDY & staff really know how to take care of their customers. My husband and I had our wedding there August 30th 2008 and it was a wonderful experience. The fact that we can buy our own alcohol and provide an open bar all night for our guest for a decent price was truly great!! Remember, it's not Zen peninsula fault for not providing alcohol to the guest, it is the host who has the option to buy the alcohol & other drinks that comes with it. So make sure if you buy vodka, buy cranberry juice etc... Anyways, The venue was beautiful with a modern twist to it. They provided the bride with a room to change or to breathe! I love the fact that there were TVs and projector screens all over the place so, your guest who are sitting in the back can see what's going on with the bride & groom. My family and friends loved the food; they felt it was more worth it than the chicken and steak you would get at a hotel. For being Filipino, my family were just amazed on how much food they had. Overall, my husband and I were completely satisfied with the Venue, I wouldn't change anything. Thank you so much Angie & Andy!!!
