We could not have asked for a better photographer... Zev is truly excellent!! We formed a great working relationship with him from the beginning. He is professional, warm and incredibly talented. We couldn't be happier with our photos, our album and all of the memories he captured!

Using Zev for our wedding was the absolute perfect choice! I'd encourage anyone and everyone to hire him. I have absolutely no affiliation with him other than having hired him for our wedding.

My wife (fiance at the time) and I were directed to Zev through a close friend of ours who had hired him for her wedding. Unlike some photographers, the photos from her wedding were all awesome, as opposed to only a few amazing photos with mostly "blah" photos. The price was right too, so we made an appointment to meet with him to discuss. He met us at a convenient location for us, and went through all the various details, including what a typical day with him includes, and examples of the photo albums that he produces. We wasted no time in hiring him.

Zev was excellent at the wedding, and our photos all came out great. We went with the photo album option, so at the end he made us a very high quality and professional photo album, worthy of the kind of art album you put on a coffee table. The actual wedding day went smoothly, and Zev and his assistant Gretchen were easy to work with. They were both available to us from getting ready all the way through the end of the evening. They captured all the important moments, took excellent portraits and family photos, and made sure to include a wide variety of people in their photos throughout the evening.

Finally, Zev had a great turnaround time for our photos. He had the initial photos up on his website quickly, and had a first draft of our photo album sent to us quickly as well. As soon as we approved the photo album he sent us enhanced digital copies of all of our photos and our album arrived not long after. And once again, unlike many other photographers we looked at, Zev edit's the photos in a very tasteful way, that somehow makes the photos seem worthy of being in a magazine as opposed to looking like they were badly Photoshopped.

Overall, go with Zev, I'd be amazed if you were...

Zev and his assistant Jared photographed our wedding and they did an amazing job. Leading up to the big day, Zev was always very quick to respond, provided us with the information and suggestions that we needed, and was flexible working with us from several states away. On the wedding day he and Jared took every shot on our shot list and so many more that were exactly what we wanted. He followed up with the pictures for us before we were even back from our honeymoon and the album process has been seamless. All in all, he is a phenomenal photographer with all the latest technology available and is a pleasure to work with. We recommend to all!

My husband and I chose Zev Fisher Photography to shoot our engagement photos and wedding day. Of all the vendors we worked with, Zev was surely our favorite. From our first appointment with Zev, I could tell that he was incredibly devoted to his craft and his clients. Zev is a wonderful listener and really took the time to get to know Bill and I as a couple and as individuals. We knew immediately upon meeting Zev that we wanted to work with him.

As a photographer, Zev has photo-journalistic style that highlights everyday moments and raw human emotion. Zev did everything in his power to make us feel at ease. I have never been comfortable in front of a camera and usually photograph quite poorly. I feel like Zev was the first person to take photos of me that I actually enjoyed looking at.

Leading up to our wedding, Zev provided us with a comprehensive survey of how we wanted our day to flow and what moments and what people we wanted captured on film. Zev and his colleague were incredibly professional, funny, and helpful on our wedding day. One thing that makes Zev different from other photographers is that he is there to capture the whole day. He was there from the moment I began getting ready til the last song of the night. His assistant for the day, Gretchen, was also fantastic and took a lot of incredible photos.

Zev was great about keeping us on track for creating our wedding album and reminding us about print credits and such. We really enjoyed working with Zev so much and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a talented and committed photographer and all-around...

Zev Fisher was our wedding photographer and he was definitely our favorite wedding vendor. Our wedding photos are absolutely amazing. My husband is generally not a fan of taking pictures, and even he enjoyed working with Zev. The pictures are a good combination of posed family portraits and candids. From the point when we decided to have Zev do our photography, he was so helpful and always available to answer questions about anything and everything. He listens to exactly what you want and makes sure to capture those images. He is also very discrete when taking photos, at times I completely forgot he was there. We recently got our album and we absolutely love it. We can't say enough great things about Zev and we are so lucky to have had him capture our day!

My husband and I selected Zev Fisher as our wedding photographer on September 29, 2012 and we are so glad we did! Choosing the right photographer to capture our big day was incredibly important to us and Zev’s work exceeded our expectations. Zev Fisher was my wedding photographer, and he did an absolutely phenomenal job. I was over the moon when I received our photos -- Zev exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I truly can't say enough about what a wonderful experience I had working with Zev prior to and during my wedding. He has a great personality and his talent was evident, something that everyone involved in the day recognized and appreciated. When I received the final product, to say that I was blown away is an understatement. I would highly recommend Zev to any bride -- he memorialized one of the most important days of my life perfectly.

Zev Fisher Photography photographed our wedding in September 2012 and Zev and his second shooter, Gretchen, were AMAZING! We were looking for a creative, artistic, and laid back photographer and Zev completely delivered. He was so easy going to work with, suggested great shots and the results were some amazing photographs. Zev has a wonderful personality and he is so comfortable with himself and his craft it is hard not to be comfortable around him (even when you might be a BIT anxious on your wedding day). I can remember during our “getting ready” shots Zev was able to keep my mind off my anxiety and he kept me laughing the entire time. Ultimately our photographs speak for themselves and there was not a moment that was missed during our big day. Any time there was something important, fun, or all around memorable going on at our wedding there was Zev capturing the moment. At the same time he was never in the way and he and Gretchen blended into the crowd seamlessly. After a long night of dancing and celebrating we actually ended with a group hug; Zev, Gretchen, myself and my fiancé. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of photographer and would definitely recommend Zev to anyone!

I used Zev for our wedding in September he was amazing(trust me I am picky). I searched for months for the perfect photographer for our wedding and am so glad we chose him. He was always immediately responsive every time I emailed or called him(very important for any bride) and was extremely professional. I have received numerous complements from everyone that saw our album online and in person(former brides included). On the day of our wedding my little girl was very cranky and couldn't be in a lot of shots which upset us but we set something up on another day and Zev even incorporated them into our album!! Finding the right photographer was very stressful for me since I have heard so many horror stories from other brides about how they wish they had searched a little more. Trust me when all is said and done you want pictures to look back on that bring you back to some of the moments you missed or almost forgot about and he will do that for you. If I could give him 10 stars I would!!!

My wife Jane and I could not have been happier with the quality of Zev's work in photographing our wedding, wedding reception and rehearsal dinner. Obviously, the most important item that you want out of a wedding photographer is to have lots of high quality pictures to go through once the wedding is over. And Zev absolutely delivered in that regard.

But what set him aside and makes us so enthusiastic about recommending him to others is all the little things he did. He was very organized when it came to planning the actual wedding day and the timing that everything would take. He listened to exactly what we wanted and seemed to innately understand that, while pictures are very important, a wedding is often a time when a lot of friends and family get together who haven’t seen each other in a while, and he was able to capture all those reunions without being intrusive or pulling us (the bride and groom) away from everyone.

Zev also had a calming presence throughout the day. We did a lot of our pictures pre-ceremony and with no wedding planner, Zev had to act as the go-to on where all the wedding party and immediate family needed to be and at what time….a task that he handled with ease. And since he was so well organized about the entire event, it allowed us to really enjoy the one-on-one, group and family pictures that much more.

The other aspect of Zev’s work which really allows him to excel is that he’s very big into trying to capture people “in the moment”. While posed photos are important, Zev goes to extensive detail to capture thousands of action-type shots throughout the ceremony, reception and dancing so that he can then narrow those down to the top couple hundred which turn out to be fantastic memories of the entire event.

Without a doubt, Zev has mastered the nuances of being a wedding photographer in terms of trying to capture all the great moments while doing so in the most unobtrusive way possible.

From beginning to end Zev was amazing to work with. We chose Zev for both our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos. As you can see from the samples he has the unbelievable ability to capture a moment. We’ve never looked as good as we did in Zev’s photos. Leading up to your event, Zev is an absolute professional and will walk you through every decision. On the wedding day there’s no need to worry about the photographer, Zev finds a way to seamlessly blend in with the events while also working hard organize formal pictures that have been requested. On top of it all Zev is simply a nice guy who makes what could be a stressful and awkward process very enjoyable.

Zev was our wedding photographer this July and he was amazing throughout the whole process. He made the planning so easy from start to finish, and took beautiful engagement photos a few months before the wedding. On our wedding day, Zev and his assistant, Gretchen, were unbelievable. They arrived while we were getting ready and stayed until the very end of the reception to make sure they captured all of the best moments of the day. It POURED during our reception, and Zev took our photos outside while holding an umbrella over his camera- it was impressive. We recently received our album and it is absolutely perfect- the photos are gorgeous and the way the album is laid out and organized clearly shows how talented Zev is. I can't recommend Zev enough- we are so happy to have found him!

My husband and I feel so, so lucky that we had the opportunity to work with Zev as our wedding photographer. He's professional, detail-oriented, and responsive - it was so easy and calming to work with him to plan the details of the day. Zev did a fantastic job with our photos. From the beginning when we first met him and saw his work, we knew we wanted Zev as our photographer. I was a bridesmaid for my friend's wedding, which had Zev and Dan (assistant) as photographers. They are beyond talented. Before the wedding, I visited the website and was so drawn into the images. Zev has a clear, unique, rare style. Ashley and Kevin's wedding was down the Cape; it had a "beach chic" style and the wedding party had been friends for years. Zev captured exactly what Ashley and Kevin wanted: relaxed, beautiful, fun photos. Zev and Dan got us laughing, had fun with us, and immortalized all the priceless moments. Zev is amazing! Not only is he wonderful to work with, but the end result of all of his creativity and work is exemplary. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about him. The whole process starting from our first meeting, to planning sessions, to the engagement shoot (which is totally worth doing) and throughout our wedding Zev was fun, professional, smart, communicative and supportive. His day of assistant Jonny was also brilliant; all of our family and friends loved the two of them. It is abundantly clear that both Zev and Jonny know their craft very well. They are also extremely talented and have a great eye for finding interesting scenes, flattering light and making people feel at ease in front of the camera. I learned about Zev as he was shooting a wedding in which I was part of the wedding party. He was fantastic and I asked about his availability for my upcoming wedding. Sure enough, we were able to hire him to document our nuptials, and he really exceeded our expectations.

He got to know us before the wedding -- learning about us as a couple as well as what we were looking for. On the day of the wedding he was great. He worked well with our other vendors, smoothly orchestrated group photos, kept everyone smiling and loose, and of course, got great photos. Zev was careful not to disrupt any of the "moments" of our wedding... he was able to capture them beautifully, but was not a participant. This is exactly what we wanted, and would (and already have) recommend him to anyone who wants a photographer that does beautiful work, is easy to be around, and won't be "part" of your special day.

I met Zev at a bridal expo in Boston. I was immediately impressed by his work. He captures the most beautiful candids and has the photo-journalistic style I was looking for.
Every meeting or correspondance that I had with Zev was always incredibly laid back. He was never pushy like other people in the wedding industry.
After our engagement session, we felt like we were just hanging out with one of our friends, who happened to be taking our wedding photos.
Both our engagment session and all of our wedding photos completely exceeded our expactations. After our ceremony, we had a bit of time to get to the cocktail hour and Zev suggested we stop along the way at this adorable old diner to split a milkshake. The photos he took were AMAZING!!! Where do I even begin?! Zev is incredible! His pictures speak for themselves-- stunning! You don't really think about the fact that the photographer you choose for your wedding is the person (other than your spouse to be!) that you will be spending the entirety of one of the most important and special days of your life with. So while the photos need to fit your style, the photographer's personality does too. Zev is awesome. He is calm, cool, and makes you feel so relaxed. He goes with the flow, yet makes sure to get in the million photos you dreamed about. He isn't nit-picky about hours which is so important-- he will come for the entire day and won't leave till the party is over. He is photographing your wedding, not a six hour block-- which some photographers don't always realize. If you want to have the most incredible photos from your wedding, and you want the most relaxed, awesome guy to take them: Zev is your man.

The decision to have Zev as our wedding photographer is the best choice we made. I really cannot say enough good things about Zev, both as a photographer and as a person. From the moment I met him, he was warm and engaging, thorough and responsive. His unique talent and perspective was evident from the second that we looked through his sample albums. I had done extensive research and met with other photographers prior, but as soon as we met Zev and saw his work, we knew he was the one. Everyone who has seen our pictures has been blown away. On the day of our wedding, I was very nervous and a little uncomfortable about how to act when having my picture taken. He was patient, attentive, funny, understanding and comforting. Our first look session prior to the ceremony actually ended up being one of my favorite parts of the whole day. He and his second photographer, Gretchen are so funny, warm and engaging and were enthusiastic and directive in just the right way even in the cold December weather. Zev also has the fastest turn around time for the photos. We literally had ones to select from right after we got back from our honeymoon. He was so helpful and patient throughout the album selection process because we were overwhelmed by the amount of great photos we had to select from. It was hard to narrow them down, because we seriously loved every one. The artistic beauty; the touching and funny moments; the feel of the whole night were all captured in the most exquisite way. I could not be happier with the way the album turned out and both of our parents decided to get albums of their own as well because there were so many photos that they loved. Zev and Gretchen were very professional and great to work with. They captured all of the details of our wedding from the decorations during the cocktail hour to the centerpieces on the tables. We got married at the end of October 2011 during an unexpected snow storm. Zev was still able to capture our night and all of the fun our guests had. He was extremely professional and easy to work with.
One of the things I loved best was that he got a lot of pictures of all of our guests, including some of the older folks who weren't on the dance floor, so it was nice to still have mementos of them from our wedding.
The process of putting together our album was fun and Zev made it very easy. His website and feedback were invaluable and the finished product was great.
My only complaint would have been the weather- something totally out of his control. I really wanted outdoor pictures and I wish we could have done this, but the weather made it impossible. Some of my favorite shots that he got are of my bridal party and myself coming into the church under our huge umbrellas, it really captured the humor in the situation. Even with the crazy weather Zev was able to capture all of the love from our night and the fun that our guests had.

Selecting Zev Fisher Photography to capture our wedding day was hands down the best vendor decision we made. Right from the start, Zev was incredibly professional, accommodating, and most of all - fun to work with! We felt that we received great value for our money, as each photography package guarantees both Zev and an assistant (who we loved as well!) for the entire wedding day. This allowed us to do photos in the way we had hoped...nothing was rushed, we had a flexible schedule for the various shots we considered 'must haves'. They managed to capture so many different moments from the day, which is exactly what we were hoping for. We cannot recommend ZFP enough - and we are so grateful that we have a fabulous wedding album capturing the day perfectly.

Zev Fisher has amazing talent! My husband and I met with other photographers prior to Zev, we are both in the hospitality industry and had some suggestions of people to look into. But, once we met Zev, we knew we wanted him to shoot our special day. Zev is easy going but knows what he is doing. Very creative eye and uses his skill combined with what YOU want in photography. Zev not only shoots amazing photos, he's a great guy to work with. Really friendly, funny and professional. My now husband and I felt at complete ease with him. We met with him before the wedding to discuss timelines and he was very organized and made suggestions we had not thought of. On the day of, he came to my bridal suite while I was getting ready with my girls and made us all comfortable and just did his thing. His assistant Gretchen, was also very nice and shot my husband and groomsman in another location. When we all met up for the ceremony they were behind the scenes getting so many wonderful photos. Then at the reception they got photos of everyone and everything we could of imagined. We just recieved our disk and are completely pleased. Our family has previewed the photos too and can't stop complimenting. He is worth every penny!

Zev is amazing! I wanted a mix of traditional and modern photography and he provided just that! He is versitile and is willing to give you the style you request. He was always responsive and friendly. Most importanty, on the day of the wedding he was so energetic and he didnt miss a shot. I even had family members comment on how great he was. It was almost as if he was teleporting back and forth! When I got my pictures, my brother said to me "i dont know what you paid for your photographer, but whatever it was, it wasnt enough!" When I started the wedding planning process vendor selection was easy; my friend was a florist, my old music teacher has a popular wedding band, I had a connection with a cake baker, etc. The biggest unknown to me was the photographer. I tried telling myself I didn’t care about the photographs but as I because more involved in the planning process, I realized I did want someone to capture all those little details I worked so hard on. I went on wedding websites and set up a few appointments based on the ratings they had received. My husband and I met with a few but as soon as we met with Zev, we both instantly knew he was our guy. In that first meeting, he made us feel very comfortable and the questions he asked made it clear that he was interested in capturing the photos we really wanted, not the photos he thought we wanted. I liked that he was young, passionate about his work, and that the cost he gives you is the cost to have him for the entire day with no additional hourly charges. Right up through the big day, he was responsive, professional, and helpful. He was very honest about the day-of scheduling and worked with me to make sure we got the photos we needed while still meeting my timeline. (I had scheduled a boat ride into cocktail hour and if we weren’t there by 6:00 they were going to close down the boat ride, which I refused to miss). The day of, I hardly remember seeing him (with the exception of the formal portraits of course) but looking through the photos, he captured everything. And at the reception, as I was talking with different people, all I had to do was look up and he was there, ready to take what ever photo I wanted.

He had our photos up within 5 days of our wedding and everyone loved them! Also, the albums he puts together are amazing. Whenever we would meet, he would bring examples of different album styles and features. I didn’t even know the people but I couldn’t stop looking through them. His photos are beautiful. There is a reason he gets nothing but 5 start review, he is exceptional at what he does! We could not be happier with the service and quality of photos we received.

Zev has an amazing eye for different angles, shades of light, and photo journalistic moments. He truly loves what he does and is committed to partnering with you to make your photos and your day what you want them to be. In addition to making you look amazing and taking some great shots, Zev's approach, demeanor, and professionalism throughout the wedding day are just awesome, he puts you at ease and you can see he is in his element. Throughout the entire planning process, at the big day itself, and afterwards, Zev has been on point with everything.....we got 500, unbelievable quality, edited photos less than 5 days after our wedding! As a person who enjoys photography in my free time, I could not have hoped for a better product, and more importantly, a better experience with someone shooting our wedding. Zev is truly the best at what he does and I have no doubt will make your wedding, and your experience, unbelievably great!

Zev and Gretchen were amazing! I saw them do my Matron-of-Honor's wedding photography for her destination wedding and I just had to have them do my wedding. They are easy to work with, professional, and the pictures are phenomenal. I couldn't be happier with the way the pictures look. As amateur photographers ourselves, we were very picky about the professionals we chose to contact regarding our wedding photos. We loved Zev's photographic style and the quality of his pictures. His photographs are simply beautiful with gorgeous lines and minimal post-processing. Also, his wedding package is the best in Boston. Upon meeting Zev, we knew immediately that we had found our photographer. It turns out we made the perfect choice! Zev was extremely responsive with email and was always available if we had any questions. He routinely went above and beyond what we had expected! For example, he was the only one of our vendors that took the time to reach out and contact us as our wedding day approached. It was wonderful being able to trust completely in Zev and to know that on the wedding day I wouldn't have to worry about our photographers. When Zev walked into the hotel room for "getting ready" pictures on the morning of our wedding, I felt like a good friend had arrived to celebrate with me. Also, Zev's sense of humor and play were very much appreciated throughout the wedding. We have the best picture of my sister-in-law making a fish face! Many of our guests commented on how wonderful our photographers were and that they took pictures of everything while still remaining unobtrusive. Zev checked with us to see if there was any style of photography that we did not like. We don't really like being photographed from below b/c of the double chin factor and Zev was careful to avoid such shots at our wedding. For this, we are very grateful ;) Overall, we were thrilled with Zev and our photographs. He has our highest recommendation! Our only disappointment was that our wedding didn't make it to Zev's blog ;)

Zev photographed my September 2011 wedding, and I can not stop singing his praises. Choosing a photographer that I loved was my number one wedding priority - in fact, every other aspect of our wedding we picked the very first vendor we met with, but we met with about 15 photographers! After all, when the wedding is said and done, you are really only left with photographs to document the occasion. From the moment I saw Zev's work on his website, I was sold. I am a huge fan of Zev's photographic perspective, and both his candid and portrait shots are equally tasteful and artistic. And once I met Zev, there was no doubt in my mind that we HAD to have him. Aside from his photographs (which speak for themselves), Zev is truly an awesome person. He is professional without being stiff, and as someone who is not a natural in front of the camera, he really made me feel at ease. Zev was extremely responsive to all my pre-wedding emails, and I always felt like he had time for us, even though I know he is completely swamped with work. Zev was a pleasure to work with, and as a total photography snob, I would not hesitate to recommend him to absolutely anyone!

We met with over a dozen photographers, and Zev was the perfect combination of skill and personality. He was also very flexible in terms of meeting with us to discuss the wedding shot ideas before the wedding. He was also the first vendor to contact us as the wedding day approached; our wedding was actually cancelled because of Hurricane Irene, and Zev handled it like a pro, while we were freaking out. After the wedding, he had our photos up within a week, and everyone loved how the pictures came out. He took so many wonderful pictures, it was difficult for us to choose which ones should go into our album. Overall, he did an amazing job with our album. He has our highest recommendation, you will not regret it if you book him.

The day of the wedding, he and his assistant showed up early and ready to go. They were both a joy to have around, and everyone loved them. During the wedding, I could hardly tell that Zev was there. He's definitely not one of those wedding photographers who is getting into guests' faces. Without being intrusive, he still gets all of the shots you could ever want. Also, he stays for the entire wedding for one flat fee. He doesn't charge extra for additional time, which was really important to us when we were looking for a photographer.

There are two things that last from a wedding: the marriage and the photographs. With that in mind, my husband and I wanted a top-notch photographer for our wedding. We loved working with Zev! The engagement and wedding pictures Zev took are AMAZING. We love all of them. He uses interesting backgrounds and takes pictures at different angles to ensure the best choice of shots. Although I allocated 1.5 hours for portrait shots, we only ended up with 45 minutes but he worked very well under pressure and captured many nice pictures of us. Both him and Gretchen were very professional yet warm and personable. I researched close to 20 photographers and I am so happy we chose Zev. I have already recommended him to many of my friends! My daughter was married in early June and I have nothing but complete praise for Zev Fisher! He documented every moment of our important day in the most unobtrusive yet artistic way. Everything from his timeliness to the fabulous portrait and candid photos was quality work. We ordered 4 of his gorgeous prints for our living room wall and consider them fine art! Zev Fisher Photography is hands down one of the best vendors to work with in the Boston area. After coming highly recommended by a coworker, Zev was the first vendor my husband and I booked shortly after my engagement. I was so happy when we booked him early on so to any brides out there, you should book him early too as his schedule fills up quickly. Zev clearly went above the call of duty for a wedding photographer. Not only is Zev incredibly talented, but he is so organized, responsive, and professional which may not be true of other photographer. His photography style is unique, inspiring, moving but also captures traditional elements that many brides look for at the wedding photos. As part of the package we booked with Zev we got a wedding album as well which we are so pleased with as it certainly makes a wonderful impression and tells the wonderful story of our wedding day. Our digital photos were posted online so quickly...so quick they were up less than 1 week after our wedding. It was a nice treat to see them when my husband and I returned from our honeymoon. This is often failed promise by many photographers but again Zev went above and beyond and delivered. Without making this post incredibly biased, I do have one observation that I'd like to note. My husband and I ended up missing our cocktail hour which I don't necessarily blame on Zev. Rather, I say this as a word of advice to other brides. Don't try to do it all like I did. We had a traditional christian wedding in a church and my husband decided that we did not want to see one another before the ceremony. We also did a receiving line after the ceremony, pictures with the bridal party on the beach, and pictures with our families at the reception location. We hoped to make it for a little bit but the timing was not quite in our favor. I didn't want to compromise the work Zev and his team was hire to do that day, but would have liked to planned the timeline a little differently or made revisions to the schedule. Zev is so incredibly talented and without any reservation do I highly recommend as a wedding photographer. He was so wonderful to work with and any bride would be fortunate to work with him too!

One of my bridesmaids even commented at the end of the night that she could not believe they were still there, capturing the dancing to the very end! My pictures; my blog are absolutely beautiful. My husband and I originally thought Zev was a bit of a splurge, but he is truly worth every penny, and in fact could charge much more for the quality of the product he produces. We also had the privilege of using his "Portrait Lounge," (a photobooth-type area with props) which turned out to be the hit of the wedding! It seriously was the talk of the brunch the next morning, and the guests loved the opportunity to dress up and get silly in the lounge! The pictures they received as part of the Portrait Lounge were the perfect take away gifts to remember our wedding! I absolutely love Zev Fisher Photography and know that you will too. My parents were even so impressed with him, they told me that they wanted all of their children to have them as their photographer! My only regret is that my wedding day is over and I will not get to work with Zev again! He is absolutely incredible and his pictures are too. Do whatever you can to secure him for your wedding day!

Zev and his assistant Erica photographed our wedding on 1.8.11., and I cannot say how happy we are that we chose them!!! Zev... he\'s just amazing. SO talented, friendly, helpful, patient, I could go on! Because his studio is located in Boston, and we\'re in southern RI, we met with him half way for our appointments before the wedding, which was very conveinent. \r\n\r\nOn our wedding day, they showed up early, stayed lated, and during post-ceremony formals did a great job on crowd control! I can\'t tell you how many compliments we\'ve received on the proofs, we can\'t wait to get our album! \r\n\r\nOne of the other really great parts, was a week and a half after the wedding, THE DAY AFTER we got back from our honeymoon, our pictures were ready for veiwing and purchasing on our website! I recently got married and Zev and Gretchen were there to capture the day. They were FANTASTIC. My husband and I recently experienced the best day of our lives, and Zev was there to capture it all! I got married on the cape, and even though Zev is based in the Boston area, he made the trip down. I actually never signed on to WeddingWire, but I had to since I had such a GREAT experience, I want to scream from the rooftops "Zev is the most talented photographer in the Boston area"! His style is diverse and is able to capture the classic wedding shots to keep grandma happy, but also has an editorial edge that produced some amazingly beautiful shots. His attention to detail and artistic eye truly captured the entire essence of our day, and neither of us would have changed a thing. If you are on the fence about your photographer, don't hesitate book him NOW, because he is only going to get busier!

When we began to plan our wedding, our main concern was finding a photographer. After all, 30 years from now, that's what we'll be showing our children and our children's children.

Prior to the big day, I met Zev and could tell from the first meeting that he was the guy for our wedding. I loved how he stays with you from start to finish on your big day and you don't have to worry about paying by the hour like all the other wedding photographers out there. He listened to what I wanted and after seeing the pictures, he more than delivered! He and his assistant (Gretjen) went above and beyond and even the shots where the bridal party were specifically set up look natural. My friends and family were surprised to see pictures of themselves on his website because he blended in so well!

I, for one, am eternally grateful as this was a once in a lifetime moment and to say he captured every minute in the perfect way would be an understatement.

I have to say, I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about Zev (and his assistant Gretjen).

They shot our wedding in June 2010 and were really phenomenal. Zev was really easy to deal with in advance, answered questions and was happy to meet whenever we wanted, but was very low maintenance to work with, particularly compared to some wedding vendors!

On the day, we were really happy as well. We felt like they got every shot we could have wanted, but we never felt as if they were particularly obvious or in the way. The were not intrusive at all, but were appropriately firm when required, for example for the big family shots etc. (I didn't really realize until that point why it was so useful to have 2 photographers - one to arrange everyone, and one to take the pictures, and then they swap. It is a well oiled machine).

We have also been incredibly pleased with the photos. They got all the photos up online within a week of the event, and we had CDs of them within about 10 days. It's pretty impressive. We are in the process of ordering our album know. We were on the fence about if for a while, but decided to go for it. He is been really easy to work with on that as well, and in general, we have been the factor slowing down the process, not him!

They are also really good about the photos being really lovely, but they still look like us. Artistic and exceptionally well taken, but without looking staged or fake.

I have to say that Zev was a bit more expensive than we had originally budgeted, but we have said a number of times to friends and relatives since that we have absolutely no regrets about it. Really worth every penny.

We were absolutely delighted with Zev Fisher as our photographer. He was very professional and you could tell he knew what he was doing, yet he didn't ever make you feel like he was imposing. He always stayed out of the spotlight, yet managed to capture every memorable moment. Most importantly, the photographs were absolutely stunning!

We met Zev at a wedding exhibition & we were initially drawn in by his portfolio, and after talking with him, we knew he would be perfect for our wedding. He met with us at the venue a few weeks before the event to discuss the shots we wanted taken, and the weather-contingency plans. We provided a list of the formal portraits we wanted, and the rest was all him. After returning from our honeymoon, we found the proofs to be out of this world & shots of the ceremony, the rings, the cake, the getaway car… everything you usually see in a wedding album, but the best part was all the guests were captured in the moment dancing and having fun! The photographs are extremely well composed, but beyond that - they tell the story so well you can relive the experience just by looking at them!

Zev was amazing to work with and our pictures are gorgeus. I have had people look at them time and time again and say, they look like they are out of a professional photo spread in a magazine. Throughout the wedding we kept saying he was the hardest working wedding photographer in the business. Not to mention he was half the price of most photographers we met with who were not half as talented as Zev. I would recommend him 1000% to anyone looking for a great photographer.
