We shopped for (and ended up buying) bridesmaids dresses at Zita's. They have a large selection of dresses to choose from, and big fitting rooms that accomodate multiple people. We found a great dress and decided to buy it, and that's when the headache began. BUT, it's not even worth going into the details, because in the middle of working out my order (a several week process) the store came under new management. Marina, one of the new people, was incredibly helpful and patient. She unfortunately bore the brunt of my frustration even though she had nothing to do with it, and did whatever she could to help me and get my girls the right dresses. They even worked out a special payment situation for me that was a little tricky to keep track of, but they were willing to work out everything. My girls were all over the country, and they took care of calling or e-mailing them to get details and even shipped the dresses to mutliple locations. The dresses turned out great--I loved them, and the bridesmaids said they did too. I hear that Zita's is moving to a new location in downtown Milwaukee, and even in the old place I would recommend working with Marina and her team at Zita's.

I bought my wedding dress at Zita's and it's beautiful. They have a wide selection of gowns and bridesmaid dresses. I also got my dress altered there and their alterations women is the best! I found everyone at Zita's to be polite and friendly. I would recommend Zita's to friends and family.

My bridesmaids bought their dresses here and I was a little dissapointed to hear from more than one of them that the staff had been short/rude to them. I didn't have a bad experience personally, but I felt bad that after having picked out bridesmaid dresses from this shop that my friends were treated anything but great. The dresses did arrive on time and looked great on all the girls. The only thing is when someone pays $250 for a dress and then more for alterations you just expect great service.

My experience with Zita's was wonderful! i had been looking for a dress for a while and almost settled for a dress until i saw Watters collection and searched for bridal shops carrying that designer. That is how i found Zita's. I saw that there was trunk show I called a scheduled an appointment. My attendant Janet was so friendly, helpful and she provided me with excellent service She pulled dresses that i liked from the collection and i kept going back to the one dresss which ended being THE ONE. On each of my appointment there was no pressure to make an immediate purchase and i was even given complimentary tickets to a bridal show which was indeed "one of a kind". When my dress arrived they gave me a call and assisted in the first fitting. Janet was able to give me great tips and an idea of when i should consult for the minor alterations needed for the dress. If you are looking for a great bridal shop...this is what you are looking for!!!
I loved my experience at Zita's. Kira was wonderful, she was actually the one that picked out my dress. She knew the styles I liked by what I was choosing and describing to her. She found THE ONE for me. Great service, good price range.
Great service, beautiful dresses with a nice range of prices. Love their sale rack! Great deals – that’s where I found my dress. Half price and in amazing condition. Sales people are busy but kind.
Friendly and talented alterations staff, and meticulous too. The dress fit me so well it barely needed alterations but the seamstress made it fit like nothing I’ve ever worn. I guess that’s the point… Beautiful work.
The Watters & Watters trunk show was excellent! This was my first time at Zita’s, and it was a great chance for me to see what the store was like, and what kind of dresses they carried. We RSVP, and the staff and other guests were really friendly and nice. We didn’t feel like we needed to buy something, it was really, in the words of another bride, “to see what’s out there”. They have lots of trunk shows, but we were there for the Watters trunk show, which meant that I got to see all the Watters dresses. I fell in love right away with one Watters wedding dress! I hadn’t had the chance to see many wedding dresses, so it was so nice to see the dresses in person. I found the dress that I wanted at that show, and even though I didn’t get my dress at Zita’s, I am so happy that they had the show so that I could see the dresses.

Loved my dress! Work with Kira- she is very nice, professional and knows the business. She made sure everything was as perfect as it could be. Very helpful.
I loved my shopping experience here! The staff was nice and friendly, and they were really great about letting me take my time choosing a gown. I found out about Zita’s when I was invited to go to one of their trunk shows. The trunk shows are more of a social where brides to be can mingle and look at designer dresses. I really liked the relaxed and beautiful atmosphere, and I couldn’t imagine buying a dress anywhere else. Zita’s felt like wedding dress shopping, and not just regular dress shopping.
