I ordered my dress from this store and they were SO helpful during the process. They kept in touch, but not in an annoying way, and helped me make decisions regarding my dress and what would look best. The girl I worked with there, Colleen, knew exactly what I wanted when I described it to her and she picked out my dream dress. I loved working with this store!

I went to various commercial dress shops and found the intimacy and one on one attention at Zola Keller to be just what I needed. At the most there were no more than 2 brides in the shop at one time so I was really able to take my time looking and trying on dresses without feeling rushed. They had gorgeous options at very reasonable prices as well as extremely high-end designer dresses. They were really flexible with me on the day I needed my dress and made sure it was clean and pressed before I came to pick it up.

My dress came out beautiful. The first time it came in it was wrong, but they immediately sent it back and had it fixed.

I had my dress made custom. They had the silks and lace flown in from Spain. It was more than I budgeted originally, but totally worth the extra cost. I totally loved my dress!

I couldn't find the new Bari Jay dress up here to try on but found it in Ft. Lauderdale while on vacation. We bought from them, but had lots of issues. They charged my two daughters' dresses on my friend's Debit Card, they double charged us for some things, and were not helpful when we had a sizing issue (I have one BM who is shaped like Dolly Partin). They were VERY disorganized, and not cheap! However, the dresses were beautiful.

Wonderful experience! The dress was absolutely beautiful, and people still rave about it. I felt gorgeous and completely comfortable. It was everything that I envisioned, and Zola and the rest of her staff made certain that the dress fit perfectly and was exactly what I wanted. Though this was a boutique shop, the staff was down to earth and not at all snobby. They made my mother, mother-in-law, and me feel comfortable shopping there. Though I spent a lot on the gown and veil, I still feel that it was worth every penny and got exactly what I had wanted. They also have very reasonably priced gowns there if you choose not to go couture.
