Real Weddings Submissions
Want to be featured as a real wedding? Here's how! (expert advice)
We are always looking for beautiful and inspirational real weddings! If you have a wedding you'd like to submit to be featured in our real weddings gallery, please send an email to realweddings@projectwedding.com with the following information:
For brides:
1. Information: Your first name, your fiance's first name, date, and location of your wedding
2. Images: Between 25 to 50 professional images that tell the story of the big day. Images should be emailed in JPEG form to realweddings@projectwedding.com or through a link to a portfolio, blog, or website. Images should be large enough to fit a width of 600 pixels.
3. Details: To truly tell the story of your big day, we'd love to hear all the details about how you met, your approach to wedding planning, and any details of your wedding that made it special and reflective of your personal style.
4. Vendors: Please list all the vendors to be credited, including your photographer. If you have a Project Wedding biography and a list of reviews, please send the link!
For vendors:
1. Information: The first names of the happy couple, date, location of the wedding, your company name, your name, and your Project Wedding business listing.
2. Images: 50 professional images that tell the story of the big day. Images should be emailed in JPEG form to realweddings@projectwedding.com or through a link to a portfolio, blog, website or via TwoBrightLights. Images should be large enough to fit a width of 600 pixels.
3. Details: We'd love to hear as many details about the wedding as possible. A team of writers will work together to create editorial captions that enhance and showcase the images.The more information we get, the better the editorial!
4. Vendors: Please list all the vendors to be credited, including a photographer credit.
Every submission is given careful attention and consideration. Due to the large volume of submissions and emails, we regret that we cannot respond to every one. If we decide to feature your wedding/submission, we will respond within 5 business days of receipt of the original email. If you do not hear from us after that time, please feel free to submit to other publications. Every submission is subject to Project Wedding's Terms and Conditions.
