I love seeing submerged centerpieces. They are great fillers for tall glass vases. It's also one of the top picks for wedding receptions. I think almost all of the weddings I attended last year made use of this but even if they are a cliche' in terms of centerpieces, a little change in color, candles, flowers etc. can make them something new and pleasing to the eye still.

My personal favorite are the callalilies submerged in water with candles. They are classic, easy to assemble yet fabulous.
