Tori Spelling is one lucky girl! Every year on she and hubby Dean McDermott's wedding anniversary, the "90210" star receives a brand new wedding ring! For their fourth anniversary, McDermott chose this Neil Lane sparkler:

According to the renowned celebrity jeweler, the two diamonds set side by side (one white and the other a fancy round yellow) symbolize the romantic French expression, "tui em moi,” or "you and I, forever."

Jennifer Hudson decided to surprise fiance David Otunga for his birthday by presenting him with two things: a proposal of her own and this personally designed Neil Lane platinum and diamond band.  Otunga had proposed to Hudson five months prior on her birthday -- so she figured she'd return the favor! Lane tells People, "Jennifer wanted to give him something really special when she asked David to marry her. It was very sentimental and romantic ... they are really in love."

Lane tells the mag that the ring is "masculine, yet has a lot of sparkle." Hudson and Lane worked on the design for months. The only issue? The singer didn't know Otunga's ring size, so when it turned out to be too big, they had it sized at Lane's boutique just last weekend!
