DIY: Numbered Centerpieces

These lush centerpieces are inexpensive and easy to make! (expert advice)

DIY: Numbered Centerpieces article photo

These lush but modern centerpieces are inexpensive and easy to make! We covered regular drinking glasses with white parchment paper to create a modern looking vase and then filled them with lush roses and dahlias. To top it off, we stuck simple number stickers on each one so the centerpieces can double as table numbers!

You will need:

3 roses and 1 dahlia per centerpiece (use flowers that are in full bloom)

1 glass or paper cup

white parchment paper

double stick tape

Step #1: Cut a piece of parchment paper a little larger than the width of the glass, then fold over the edges to make it the right width.

Step #2: Wrap the parchment paper around the glass and secure with double sided tape.

Step #3: Add a number sticker to each vase. We found our stickers at an office supply store.

Step #4: Fill each vase with 3 roses and 1 dahlia. We used full flowers that were nearly all the way open. If you buy fresh flowers, give them about 3 days to open up.
