DIY Wedding: Red and White Summer Table
This refreshing table setting is inspired by farms in the summertime! (expert advice)
Think outside the box when setting the tables for your wedding! Inspired by farms in the summertime, we topped our table with inexpensive red and white seersucker fabric. We added casual white dishes and utensils and used recycled jam jars as glasses.
Colorful napkins were made out of an IKEA duvet cover found on sale for just $4! We used simple labels from an office supply store and handwrote each guest's name for a personal feel.
For our centerpiece, we gathered old milk bottles with red labels and filled them with clippings of geranium plants. Geraniums are a fantastic flower -- either used in plant form or as a cut flower for weddings -- because they don't wilt even when sitting in direct sun!
