You're married. Now what? Time to start thinking about the future -- and that includes seeing the world together. What better way to do this than create a newylwed map to hang in your home? Mount it and add to it as you travel together and create new memories with this fun and simple project!

Supplies You'll Need:
Spray Adhesive at around $4 (any home supply store)
24"x 36" map $12.95 from National Geographic
24" x 36" foam core for $3 (any home supply store)
Map Pins from Map Center

Step 1: Following the directions on the can, spray half of the foam core with spray adhesive.

Step 2: Wait 15 seconds or so for the adhesive to set then working quickly start on one corner of the map and smooth it out onto the sticky foam core. Repeat with the other half of the map.

Step 3: Use different colored pins and flags from Map Center.com to mark trips you've been on together  -- and trips you're dreaming of taking.

Bon Voyage!

This is a great idea! We have an online version of our travel maps through yahoo travel blogs, but it would be fun to have one hanging in our house to visually see our travels. Now I just have to find some wall space to put it. Thanks for the tips!

This remids me of my DH's grandparents- they have a map in their motor home and put a pin on every place they have traveled.  I love it!

We collect things from every place, sand, shells, rocks, etc.
