3/4 Length Sleeve - the end of the sleeve falls in-between the wrist and the elbow.

Long Sleeve - the sleeve ends at the wrist

Short Sleeve - the end of the sleeve falls in-between the elbow and the shoulder

Sleeveless - there is no sleeve, at least part of the shoulder is covered with a strap or other fabric.
